Hi everyone!

I'm SpudW and I've actually been a member of Combat Ace for a long time.  Their download library for the strike fighter family of sims is extensive.  I've always enjoyed this site.

Nice to properly meet everyone even though ive been on and off using combatace for a few years now.

Names Alice and ive been involved with enjoying aviation and in especially combat sim circles for about as long as i can remember although im not usually much of a talker.

Hard to find stuff to say about myself but im especially a big fan of traditionally redfor aircraft and my general sweet spot for what i like to fly is largely cold war stuff starting from around gen 2.

thats about all that comes to mind for now but again nice to meet you all

Hi all. Been away for a while but looking to get back into SF2. I was a big fan of Janes Fighter's Anthology but it just doesn't cut it anymore on modern systems. I feel like SF2 is almost the spiritual successor to that game

hi, after a detour to DCS I returned to SF2. no doubt, DCS is way advanced, a deep simulation and looks simply stunning, but - SF2 is way more versatile and for a casual simmer like me much more rewarding. you can fly almost any major and minor conflict or aircraft, modding is as easy as can get - and, honestly, painting aircraft is one of my favourite leisure "work", so ...
