+EricJ Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 Definitely a unique style, tandem triplane with F-117 lines, but looks kinda like a really futuristic F-20A though. Least that's what comes to mind when looking at it... @Silverbolt: That sucks, looks really cool...
Silverbolt Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 Cool Russo! xD Idk why, but it reminds me an body board
Dreamstar Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 Lovin the Plane.... Looks like a F-117 and a F/A-18 got some loving on
+JediMaster Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 It looks cool, although I think any engine designer would tsk tsk the placement of the engine inlets. At any sort of AoA you're going to get dirty airflow into the engines that will result in a stall. Another Q--with wings and twin tails like that, are the stabs necessary? You could probably cant them out a little further and V-tail it ala F-23 I would guess.
Atreides Posted June 18, 2008 Posted June 18, 2008 Russo, just let her loose into the skies, who cares if the design is practical or not, it looks damn good and therefore must fly damn good. Set her loose.
WarlordATF Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Its a good looking plane, nice work! One thing i love about this community is that not everything has to be real, i like fictional aircraft.
