The Vista shader problem has already gone away for WOI.

I know and I am happily playing WOI. And the patch will add a lot more of problems. Actually all what I would love to change in the game is the shader problem. And perhaps that infamous guided weapon thing, which is all what forbids WOX to modern campaigns. Perhaps the new AI that makes attack planes and bombers TRY to avoid interceptor, (jettisoning PRONTO their ordnance) I wish the patch would allow to fix things ina selective way. My installs for WOV and SFP and WOE are massively modded. SFP is about 32 gig now. Patching them will be an headache, for the two or three features I need. On the other hand it will be mandatory. Heck it is already,,look at some pleanse ALREADy made for WOI standard

Dave, honestly, yes. I see it as a little thing that is stopping something great to be perfect. It. I am not rehashing this, but I can't pretend is not there. the horse is NOT dead. TK wil decide wheter fixing it or not.
