My brother in law flew it in our MLD . Beautiful thing, flew very well, but was retired when it developed fatique related problems in the stabilos. Two or three of them actually crash landed in the sea, one of them right in front the people

on the beach in Wassenaar, just a few miles from home base Valkenburg...... It actually floated quite well and it was moved by tugboat to den Helder (50nm !) The remaining 7 or so examples were sold.

Will there be an MLD skin?

IIRC it was being worked on as a payware. Would love to see an Alize as well.

Great Veltro, impressive work as always.

 

I just want to do a terminological correction, mates :

 

Veltro is making a Breguet Atlantic BR 1150 (from a NATO program)

and this is a Dassault Atlantique ATL2 (only a French program)

Almost the same airframe, but totally new weapon system

The model looks great! I always wants to have one... But if you are doing the c Atlantic, it won't carry AM-39?

 

 

By the way, from model to model we only need to dhange the INIs

Wait! If Veltro is making a Breguet Atlantic, he is missing the tail's section that runs forward over the fuselage and both "plates" in the sides of it...

 

Good thing if he didn't make it, since we can add it with pilot's method to have both planes using tha same .lod
