Not a screenshot anymore, really. I liked the evening scene, and began adding the lights

in Photoshop. After a while, I was partly painting and tweaking the whole picture.

Ho Olham,

That's a very nice piece of artwork, but could I ask you to remove the OBD from the signature - it might be taken that it was 'official' OBD work, which of course its not.

How about some more paintings?

Thanks, all!

Hi, Sandbagger - the signature was meant to honour the creators, cause it isn't really

a painting done only by myself. But you're right - it makes it look as if OBD ordered

and released it. I will remove it.

Okay, Sandbagger, now I have changed the signature of the above picture.

As I was in Photoshop anyway, I also added some Albatros silhouettes.

Thanks my friend - people enjoying OFF is all the OBD team strive for, but it was a nice tribute anyway - thanks for amending it - its just to avoid any confusion.

I must say it looks really proffesional - have you tried texture filters to see if you could recreate an oil painting feel?

Sometimes I do that, Sandbagger - here I was afraid to "drown the detail" at the tents.

But I will give it a try with the next one.

Beard, as you know I do love these Showbirds. Thank you so much for the outstanding job you do in skinning them and sharing with us. Pics will be coming to this thread soon :ok:

My thanks to Burning Beard and Beanie for the skins they have made available in the download section. As always my thanks to team OBD for the original skins and models. I may have gotten carried away with the program I use.

Perhaps, but the Germans did it while the bullets were still flying.

Das ist richtig. The Americans must hae relaxed the paint scheme dictates during the occupation. I can find ery little information about the occupation period. If that is the right term.
