((moved from Veltros WIP thread)) Sorry Veltro....

witch color pattern do you guys like better?  1 is what the showboat really had.    2 is the one that SoDak had.   PS i'm still working with it I'm not that good with adding textures in Max Guess i should read a tut or watch a vid.

oh yes, one of my most favorite things to do (pity sarcasam doesn't come through on the written word)... creating custom "special" tiles for seaports....

you'll looking a 2 separate tiles for the main port, and basin/seaplane base

ugggg...then the real fun begins, filling the spaces with structures that look like a naval base...

-F LongTail, I just need to finish the paperwork. (It's not an airplane, It's a flying radiator with a gunsight.)

Great Raven. Another 3D addon thing "we" need is:

-Regular and pointed wingtip for TW SpitIXe

-Canons and wing bulges for "C" wing

With these stuffs added to the reg TW´s SpitIXe it can be converted to late SpitIXc (pointed rudder) and HFIXc (pointed rudder and wingtips), all via FakePilot method. I´m afraid that wingtips are part of the whole wing 3D but I believe that it could be placed over without problem... The wing bulges and guns could be removed easily.

I have Bpao's MAX files for the uncompleted (well, partly completed - I have the exported LOD, but haven't tested it in game) Mirage Factory Mk.9 Spit. Be easier to start with that, to build the HFs from, or even the early Griffon powered VII (?)

Just a matter of permission from Crusader to share it to a willing party.

XII! *cough*

But turning a Mark IX into a XII might take some work on three ends...
