Spinners Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 As you can see in the above piccie, I cannot get my decal to show on the lower part of the rudder. It's definitely not a decal position problem as I've tried lowering and it wont go lower than what you see. 1
Wilches Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 No clue... Try Lower_Rudder, Rudder_Lower, Rudder_Low or even Tail. Hope this help.
Spinners Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 No clue... Try Lower_Rudder, Rudder_Lower, Rudder_Low or even Tail. Hope this help. I've already tried 3 out of those 4 but will try the fourth.
+Coupi Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 (edited) Hummm... this is not obvious Spinner! I'll try... Vert_Tail_Low or Lower... Very beautiful skin... do you fly your DLC Spitfire with "Normal" FM SF2 parameter? Edited June 23, 2013 by Coupi
Spinners Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 Hummm... this is not obvious Spinner! I'll try... Vert_Tail_Low or Lower... Very beautiful skin... do you fly with with "Normal" FM SF2 parameter? Yes I fly on normal. The Spit's are very tricky! I've realised that it's not part of the rudder but a fixed section so I'll keep trying.
+Wrench Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 yup ALL lods are locked away, not just aircraft, but ground objects and terrain objects (those in the terrain cats)
Spinners Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 I'd still like to know what that mesh is called but for the moment I've put the checkers on the bitmap. 1
Spinners Posted June 23, 2013 Author Posted June 23, 2013 Did you try: Fuselage_P? No but I wouldn't expect it to be that as tail is behind fuselage. I will give it a try tomorrow though.
+Wrench Posted June 23, 2013 Posted June 23, 2013 mesh names in the data ini fuselage_p tail vert_tail (I assume -oh that word!, the fin) i'd try tail
Spinners Posted June 24, 2013 Author Posted June 24, 2013 It's definitely not tail and in any case that would cause my decal to appear where it's not wanted.
