+Viper63a Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 Could someone tell me where I can down load the USS Enterprise for SF2? I saw some amazing videos of it, but I can't seem to find it. I would be very grateful.... Thanks, =V= Quote
+Coupi Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 We have this one at CA but for SFP1/WoV... I've just tested it with my SF2 install and it works fine! http://combatace.com/files/file/12557-cvn-65-enterprise/ Best regards, Coupi. Quote
claw Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 You can also get it at the YAP-site. ( http://yankeeairpirate.net/ ). It is in carrier pack 2. But that's pay ware! Quote

xrearl Posted November 9, 2015 Posted November 9, 2015 I would have first asked, which Enterprise? NCC-1701 as soon as she is build. if we last that long Quote
Fubar512 Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 The NCC-1701 has been available for at least the last five years, as part of FastCargo's "Secret Intercept" mission pack. Quote
PFunk Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 The YAP Enterprise is actually quite nice. The F-14 that comes with it...not so much. Quote

saisran Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 I think the title is classified mission pack. I actually have a question on how to get phasers on even guns working on it. There are reference on collision points but i honestly dont know how to decipher which goes where. Quote
Fubar512 Posted November 10, 2015 Posted November 10, 2015 (edited) I think the title is classified mission pack. I actually have a question on how to get phasers on even guns working on it. That's a mod that I created for that video, I've since added Photon Torpedoes, as well I will find that FM and upload when I get a chance.....and with my present work schedule, that may even be sometime before the end of this decade! +Viper63a Posted November 13, 2015 Author Posted November 13, 2015 OMG!! I just ran the mission...I feel like I let the cat out of the bag! But then again, I don't know when I would have stumbled onto this mission. It is an EXCELLENT PACK! We need to tell people about this pack. But it's shrouded in secrecy! But but but! Newbies like me may never find it... Quote
Wrench Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 that's why the site has a "Search" function .... Quote
+daddyairplanes Posted November 13, 2015 Posted November 13, 2015 I thought the search function was just the end of threads like this, sort of of like saying "over and out". :p Quote
+Viper63a Posted November 14, 2015 Author Posted November 14, 2015 Guess so! Can't find something that is hidden with a search bar. LOL.... Quote
missleman01 Posted March 13, 2019 Posted March 13, 2019 Just curious I have the modern CVN version working, but also have extracted the original CVAN version of the big E from YAP. Does anyone have updated coordinate for the INIs for catapaults and arrestor gear? Does anyone have the Vietnam era version of the YAP enterprise fully working in SF2? I have some values in there but a running into problems aligning the cats, landing gear snapping off at launch, and lots of excess motion after landing. Thanks Quote
missleman01 Posted March 25, 2019 Posted March 25, 2019 I finally made some progress fiddling. Folks can use the downloads on Combat ACE provided they have the modernized enterprise LOD from YAP to have it functional in SF2. I went ahead and made a similar replacement for myself, but using the pre-refit CVAN type load from YAP set 7. If anyone owns that YAP set and wants to use the CVAN version of enterprise I found the following catapault and arrestor settings work well enough. Figured out the launch time setting slowed the cat shot and solved my landing gear snapping issue. For the DATA.INI: [Cat1] SystemType=CATAPULT CatapultID=1 StartPosition=-8.5,63.5533,20.34 EndPosition=-8.75,164.9685,20.34 //StartPosition=-42.3,-18.0,20.3490 //EndPosition=-42.8,-15.0,20.3490 LaunchTime=3.0 LaunchEffect=CatLaunchEffect CatapultEffect=CatSteamEffect ReadyAnimationID=2 ReadyAnimationTime=5.0 [Cat2] SystemType=CATAPULT CatapultID=2 StartPosition=-34.7,-50.5698,20.34 EndPosition=-33.4,40.2373,20.34 LaunchTime=3.0 LaunchEffect=CatLaunchEffect CatapultEffect=CatSteamEffect ReadyAnimationID=4 ReadyAnimationTime=5.0 [Deck] //SystemType=FLIGHT_DECK //FlightDeckHeight=19.8 //FlightDeckLenght=335.64 //FlightDeckWidth=75.6 //LandDeckAngle=0.0 //LandingAimPoint=-0.7321,-117.3780,20.5 //CollisionMesh=Flight_Deck SystemType=FLIGHT_DECK FlightDeckHeight=20.3490 FlightDeckLenght=396.0 FlightDeckWidth=84.0 LandDeckAngle=-10.0 LandingAimPoint=-0.35,-57.95 CollisionMesh=Flight_Deck [Cable1] SystemType=ARRESTER_CABLE CableID=1 //StartPosition=-18.4067,-141.9669,20.5 //EndPosition=17.1727,-135.7128,20.5 StartPosition=-22.6840,-76.1430,20.5 EndPosition=6.1749,-71.2360,20.5820 [Cable2] SystemType=ARRESTER_CABLE CableID=2 //StartPosition=-19.7809,-123.7607,20.5 //EndPosition=14.8773,-116.9072,20.5 StartPosition=-27.1980,-82.9660,20.5 EndPosition=13.5210,-75.6720,20.5820 [Cable3] SystemType=ARRESTER_CABLE CableID=3 //StartPosition=-22.0425,-102.0573,20.5 //EndPosition=12.8479,-96.5473,20.5 StartPosition=-20.7090,-87.2180,20.5 EndPosition=8.1498,-82.2360,20.5 [Cable4] SystemType=ARRESTER_CABLE CableID=4 //StartPosition=-23.8094,-80.8448,20.5 //EndPosition=11.2513,-74.6241,20.5 StartPosition=-18.6380,-99.0240,20.5 EndPosition=10.2200,-94.1920,20.5 2 Quote
