Personal preference: paint em. When reskinning for other airlines it makes it easier for minor variation and cargo conversions to be represented. Altough I tga most of the stuff on, it is helpful for the first skin to have tge windows so I can dial the scale in faster. But thats my preference

Cutting just the doors (or just one door) could be useful as these could be animated to open as canopy on a fighter and thus displayed in open position when on the ground. Just a thought...

takes a minute to strip all them funky test colors off and get back to bare metal.  before you all ask red line is there to help me adjust the window and door tgas when ready.

yes oh ancient and wise(arsed) one,  i was aware of that but my version sounded better than "i'm painting metal on before making decals" :biggrin:

And the skin is gonna be bare blank metal.......

 

 

 

As per my method the airlines are decals assigned to the number 2 level. That is, the airlines become the serial numbers
