The GO (Jeep in your case) needs a WeaponSystem section with a missile launcher. I'm in the process of adding a 105mm gun to the T-69 and Tiran models thanks to GKABS making the barrel. I did some tests way back with adding crew to First Eagle vehicles and AA guns. Just a matter of having the right parts. 2

For the chinese T-69 you can simply use the stock T-62A LOD. What TK sold us as soviet T-62 is not a T-62 but a chinese T-69. 2
