Check to see that you have your water on low or medium. IIRC mission 2 has overcast clouds and there's a game bug where the clouds and high/very high water crash the game.

Let me know if that works. Seems that was the problem for some users using 64 bit OS. Same with Vista IIRC.

Go to the Starforce site and download the 64 bit SF drivers.

Sierra Hotel, Caesar!!! I caught a soldier at LAX and thanked him this weekend. Yesterday on the way home I pulled up to a stop light and caught a glimpse of a young guy in the new cammies. He was army and I was pulled a bit ahead of him, so I roll the passenger window down and crawl across the seat to thank the guy. It doesn't take much to let our soldiers know we appreciate them and I go out of my way to let them know that I and my family thank them. Check out Ghost's signature next time he posts. The truth was never spelled out so succinctly. Football players and movie stars aren't my heroes. The men and women who put themselves in harms way are.

We have two guys in our squadron who went back to XP after having Vista Ultimate. They got tired of fighting any kind of program installation and the fact that the games they played ran 30% slower than they did on the same machine when it had XP installed.

The sticks look like an F-16 stick. The throttle is ugly but it's the most accurate and most programmable available. I never look at it when I fly, in fact the only thing I look at is my TQ, cuz I have engine start on a couple of the buttons. I bought into the "looks great" attitude and bought a Cougar. Total POS unless you spend 600 bux to modify it so it works......................I've owned every brand of stick out there and CH has lived longer than any of them by a factor of 4. The only stick that I have that still works is my ancient MS Sidewinder. It's just not very accurate.

Yes they will. Make sure you install the CH software.

It's not that simple. I recommend you try to contact either the guys who did the ADA mod or the guys doing the VNAO mod. They've managed to start changing cockpit textures, but it's a real PITA in LOMAC to do so.
