I think it should for 2 years. At least it gives you skill sets when you are young and exposure to different areas of the military usch as computer science,engineering etc which could give you a career patch to follow when its time to return to civilian life. i think if i was 18, it would have benefited me as my parents wanted me to go to college but i had no idea what to major in. it's that exposure to different fields which would allow you to make the decision easier and possibly quicker than waiting later in life. i think the only problem would be physical fitness as I have always been out of shape and physical endurance low.

Yeah, true, it does save money. but the hawkeye is a specialist plane with specialization in AWACS. i also like the idea of keeping reliable and proven aircraft.

Hi, noticed the f-111A 2.3 version and sf2 have the combat lancer skin for SEA. I remember the original 1.0 or first release had a SEA skin but had tan and yellow skin which was more relaistic but not uploaded with the newer versions, esp for sf2. is there a way to get that skin to work with SF2 version and could it be uploaded here? thx. Also, the SEA yellow and tan did not work with 2.3 for sfp1. Anyone know why? thx.

Hi, I am having problem with these 2 planes. every time I fly them, a pilot stocks under the belly of the plane. its not in the loadout either. Its default and even if I chg loadout, the pilot is under the belly of planes. Any fix for this. thx. Its the SF2 ones.

Hi, folks. i downloaded the s-230 letov bomber recently uploaded and am having probs with the addon skins released ehre. I dropped the folders into the main one and they dont appear. there is no readme to say if it needs editing or a texture file. I believ they are by firefox. Anyone else have this prob and solution? the bell chopper is whats funny as it was not available in ww2. Guess they had a hard time finding the actual ones used such as the focke wulfe helo. then again its fiction.

Well, we still have 187 of them. If there was a major conflict with a power, we still have the specs and can start production again. Not a total loss, just a small setback. The F-35 VSTOL will be key as the F-22 does not operate from carriers as far as I know.

Only ones i know of are the kenner toys ones from early 80's. i am thinking of plastic ones with electronic noise. probably worth money by now. Never got them but one of my friends had them.
