  1. That "Lewis Gun" gunpod mod was tweeked by Capun for me to add over the wing on the Tiger Moth. The acutal gun lod is and M-60, so that COULD be changed, but we'd need a whole new gun lod for that. (was originally built as an M-60 'hanging on' under the wings of the SF/WoV O-1 Birdog FAC) I don't know how the game engine would handle reloading an add-on pod, so when I made it, it just gave it something like 300 rounds. Something to look at for a future date, methinks Wrench Kevin Stein
  2. View File AAF F6A Mustang Another Mod of Wolf's P-51A Mustang Filling a request for the 4 20mm gunned version of the original P-51. As we lack the correct extended and shrouded gun barrels, this is done via ini mods. New skin and decals represent 111th TRS in the MTO circa late 43/early 44. This is a full package, EXCEPTING the aircraft LOD file. You MUST transfer the lod from your P-51A. All other files are included, and to make up for the missing LOD, I've given you BOTH new hangar and loading screens! Please read the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions and notes. With thanks to Wolf for creating the Mustangs; and all involved in expanding our WW2 experience Wrench Kevin Stein Submitter Wrench Submitted 02/11/2007 Category Allied Fighters

  4. View File Bf109G10 'Wilde Sau' skin & ini mods Modification of Gramp's original 3/JG300 skin to include individual aircraft numbers and other decals (used with permission). This mod is designed to create an entirely seperate aircraft from the original 109G10, and all inis are included. IMPORTANT NOTE: the aircraft LOD file is =NOT= included, so you'll need to transfer over the lod from your regular Bf-109G10 There are full, detailed instructions and explinations in the enclosed readme -- so, for heaven's sake ---PLEASE read it!!! 5. View File 368th FS P-47D skin and ini mods New, somewhat accurate skin for Wolf's Bubbletop Jug, representing 368th FS, ETC circa late 44/early 45-ish. I say 'representative', as I didn't do any real research, other than squadron code letters and nose color. I just wanted a natural metal Jug that wasn't from the 56th FG, and this was fairly easy to do. Included also are updated data and loadout inis, with some weapons mount changes, repositioned pilot & seat, and new running and landing lights. With thanks to Wolf257 for including templates that make life sooo much easier! Wrench Kevin Stein Submitter Wrench Submitted 02/08/2007 Category P-47

  9. You should also have a look here: Weapons Pak Knowledge & Aircraft Database On the 'Aircraft Database' page, is a boatload of updated data and loadout inis, all corrected for use with the latest weapons pak, with country specific style loadouts and such like. It'll save you a buttload of brain work :) Maintained by Bunyap, with updates by me and a few others. Mind you, not all the birds have been "fixed" yet, but this'll get you going. Wrench Kevin Stein
  10. After the last patch (both SF and WoE), the Fishbeds got messed up a little. Not only the pilot position, but the burner position and some of the decals too (wing stars) Try this for the pilot: Position=0.0,2.80,0.85 Can't remember the burner fix, but I think this works for the wing decals: [Decal003] MeshName=RightOuterWing DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=TOP FilenameFormat=Insignia Position=2.63,-1.99 Scale=1.5 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal004] MeshName=RightOuterWing DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=BOTTOM FilenameFormat=Insignia Position=2.63,-1.99 Scale=1.5 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal005] MeshName=LeftOuterWing DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=TOP FilenameFormat=Insignia Position=-2.63,-1.99 Scale=1.5 DecalMaxLOD=3 [Decal006] MeshName=LeftOuterWing DecalLevel=0 DecalFacing=BOTTOM FilenameFormat=Insignia Position=-2.63,-1.99 Scale=1.5 DecalMaxLOD=3 Mostly, you're looking for the "Position=" line. I just posted the relevant parts off my MF decals ini Hope that helps! Wrench Kevin Stein
  11. View File RAF Mustang 1 Mod of Wolf's P-51A into the earlier RAF only version. This is a semi-complete aircraft mod, creating a country-specific version for use in you World War 2: ETO installs ONLY!! It represents aircraft from 26 Squadron during late 1941/early 42 . *** IMPORTANT -- This mod does =NOT= include the aircraft's LOD file (the actual physical model). You must transfer the P-51A.LOD from your, obviously, P-51A *** All the inis, tgas (including my new damage tgas), bmps, decals, etc are included making this almost a full aircraft add on. PLEASE read the enclosed readme for full, detailed instructions on what needs doing -- they're quite explicit and in-depth. There are also side notes and comments. With thanks to Wolf for originally creating the Mustangs (in all their variations). Enjoy! Wrench Kevin Stein Submitter Wrench Submitted 02/05/2007 Category Allied Fighters

This mod adds individual aircraft numbers, squadron badge, corrects running light positions, adds a new gunsight, and a weathered version of the original skin. Loadouts have also been 'tweeked' for more bombs on those pesky Jabo missions. A modified loadout ini has been included. Enjoy it anyway :) Fully detailed, step-by-step instructions are in the enclosed read me -- so PLEASE read it! It'll make everyone's life easier!! 24. Dosen't matter which version you're using (SF, WoV or WoE). Open your "Isreal 2_Types.ini" and scroll down till you find the following targets: TargetType80 , (Heizwerk). Add this to the bottom of the description: Effect=SmokeStackEffect EffectOffset=3.0.,0.50,35.25 TargetType90 (schornstein) smokestack 50 (meters in height?) Effect=SmokeStackEffect EffectOffset=0.0.,0.00,50.25 TargetType91 (schornstein2) smokestack 72 (meters n height?) Effect=SmokeStackEffect EffectOffset=0.0.,0.00,72.25 Still trying to figure out the name of the red painted factory/work hall., and the other factory. The other 'concrete' looking one should use the same as the 'heizewerk', but with the first number reversed. Once I figure out it's name, I'll try to dial in the smoke stack effect This is the BEST terrain so far...Gepard, you have my thanks and congratulations [although maybe a few vehicle depots would look nice :) ] Wrench Kevin Stein
  25. Thanks, but it's Kesselbrut's pit. He deserves ALL the credit. I just had the brainstorm to relable 2 gauges/switches, and use it for a stand-in early jet pit. And don't forget to thank Pakso, wherever he is, for the airplane itself I'm just "The Assembler" Wrench Kevin Stein
