No I dont think they are and I didnt catch it either. I would do this....grab his F-4B temps from the download section and you can fix it easily. -

OR download the SF2 updated versions and the decals work just fine.......work smarter not harder.... Also FrankD the reason there are decals in the texture folders is because before TK changed the decal formats the decals worked in that format.
