No there is no way to teach them to use LGB's. If you send them after the primary target they use LGB's. But anything after that then they just drop them.

Shadows of planes are made with the plane so there is nothing you can do about except get a better computer. The MF made the entire Hornet, avionics, and all.

Downloaded fine for me and extracted as it should. I think it's on your end bud.

Once you install it you cant uninstall it. That is why you make it a separate install. No weapons pack is required for NATO Fighters. In fact using the weapons pack will mess it up.

You change it in the game options.

Nod has alot of cool new unit to mess with. The Scrin, are anything but a pushover. I played a skirmish on easy against them and they chew on me pretty good until I could get my Mammoth tanks in to beat them.

Looks can be deceiving, its in bad shape, missing polys, smoothing problems. Yours is nice and refined, the other was in the early stages when the creater disappeared.
