  1. Although the quality is 'dubious', I like almost all british classics. Owned three Minis myself and now have a Land Rover Lightweight FFR.
  2. Just got back from a long weekend in Cochem (Koblenz region). Nice!

  3. Perhaps you have the next-gen 'stealth' 21s?

    Check This Out!

I will personally cut Friesland off of The Netherlands, push it a bit into sea and make it an independent island. Those weird people deserve it!
  5. Sweet, Aleks!
  6. Just saw (and heared) a Spitfire fly over my home several times. Nice!

I envy you, 25 years ago there were a couple of Mustangs and a Sea Fury that flew in and out of KBFL quite a bit, my house at the time was just off to the side of the approach so I got a good view when they were coming in for a landing, to hear a Merlin purring got me exited to say the least and my girlfriend soon loved to hear a Mustang in the pattern.

The sound is awesome! I am lucky to live near Gilze-Rijen military airfield, where some oldies are housed.

Nothing sounds like a bunch of Merlins or just one in the morning... Spent sometime at Scampton many years ago and got to hear them testing a Merlin every morning for a week as they where preparing it for installation into something wonderful...

  7. They might be Hindu, or Sikh... Still a funny idea when you're doing that with your moped!
  8. Fetching and fixing a new hardtop for my LW, finally dry when raining.

  9. Those Nip Phantoms look awesome. They sure know how to paint a bird!
  10. Yippee, another red to fly in!
  11. New layer of paint (RAL6014) on my LW. Green is good!

  12. <S>
  13. I like jugs!
  14. My grandfather, who was an MP during the German invasion of the Netherlands and who refused to do their dirty work after the capitulation. He had to hide during the whole war (in Amsterdam) where he met his future wife. Unfortunately war left his scars (on him, too...) and he was never the same again, being an introvert 6feet 3inches giant with a big temper and a big heart. I was the first one to hear his story; he could relate to me as I have been in a war as a UN peacekeeper and he was proud of that. I was at his bed when he passed away, couldn't be more proud!
  15. Brilliant solution (I did yhe same, love it!) !!!
  16. Mladic bastard is finally behind bars. Gonna get absolutely plastered today with some army mates!

  17. Some of my closest friends are Dutchbatt veterans, who return to the region every year. I am happy to hear most people do not blame them but the UN organisation and international politics. It's a heavy burden, for victims, relatives and the simple soldiers trying to work under an impossible mandate. NEVER AGAIN!
  18. Wish they released his sorry ass on Veterans Day here.... Me and some other guys would really LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE to meet him...
  19. Sorry for the off-topic, just had to do it. Prettiest Breda, my home town:
  20. ROFLACGU!!
  21. Give the guy some slack mates! He is trying his best on a limited budget and I bet he decides what's best for the sim. Some changes I think are made because of him having some bad experiences with people abusing the accessability of the game files, some other are just priority based I think. Anyway, still the best flight sim game money can buy, improving and ageing with every patch. Just my 2 cents
  22. BUCCANEER PIT??!!
