Well the maps in WOE are downsized so this smaller amount modeled actually makes the in game Lightning more realistic, but then again we can't have the air refueling in the campaign so...

Regarding Falklands mod, I have to inform that I have just read on the SIMHQ forums that... "this mod won't be finished before sometime in 2008 due to real life commitments." Sorry for bumping an old topic but I just wanted to inform those who don't visit those forums.

Yeah I know for that, but still I can't help myself not peaking at that head up data when I need to force my self to use the instruments in the cockpit. Btw, that removes the icons needed to track the target and I really hate padlocking. Add to that my 15' monitor on my laptop which makes simple visual track whit no icons impossible.

I want to get rid of flight data (mines and enemies), pointing arrow (the one that points to the target) and the radar display, but I would like to keep the icons (square around the target) in the cockpit view. How to edit the HUDDATA to get this? I tried some stuff, mostly deleting text under [infoDisplay] but that caused the game to crash.

Negative. When I bought the computer, the model (HP Compaq nx6125) was already one year old and there were no additional RAM modules for this model left on the market or at least that`s what they told me at the shop and I really didn't wanted to spend time and money searching for those. Anyway; Crusader and Sony, thanks for the advices, these are really helpful.

By that I mean a laptop whit a Mobile AMD Sempron 3100+ (1.79 GHz) whit 384 mg of ram (odd nuber, I know) and a ATI Radeon XPRESS 200M grafic card.

Are there any tips and tricks to improve game performance on a really low-end machine. Some inn. editing or something?

There is one more trick how to improve the uber ai mod: Open the AIRCRAFTOBJECT file that comes whit the mod whit notepad and scroll down to [DogfightAce] part, then copy the data below it and replace the data under [DogfightVeteran], [DogfightRegular], [DogfightGreen] and [DogfightNovice] whit [DogfightAce] part (paragraph). Be sure to leave the names of [DogfightRegular], [DogfightGreen] and [DogfightNovice] (paragraph) unchanged just change the data under the names. This really makes the difference. Hope you understood what I wanted to explain here. Sorry for my English, I know its not perfect.
