It's not the same situation - heck, this is South America we're talking about, such an issue would be perfect for such hot-temperate guys like Chavez to really get going (I saw his speech, it really DID sound like he chews coca leaves every morning as he himself admitted - that crazy asshole...) . And neither of those countries has NATO or the UN bearing down on it should they decide to go to war - it would be a simple local conflict where nobody else will really want to get their hands messy - not even the americans I bet... (unless they black-op support the Colombians and have some of their F-22's take out some of Chavez's Su-30's... ) . Though I must agree with Kesegy, Colombia should have cleaned itself up first and then made a move abroad, with permission of course...

Hey guys, just discovered this plane in this month's "Micro Simulateur" magazine - guess it's been chosen for a short review there. The French said it was "convincing" but it had some small issues (something about something going out-of-bounds or overlapping or something like that). Also said that the plane's extensive readme included the bird's history, as well as all instructions on how to best use it (with a note that a community-made weaponspack would be necessary to make full use of the weaponry, specifically the nuclear). Closing comment was that "USAFMTL's team was working on it according to feedback from the community". Congratz guys, you made it into print! Now you can sue them because they made money on behalf of the addon (since it provided content to a commercial magazine)!

Congratz U.S.Navy! Hope that took care of it! Heck, I don't mind them shooting missiles at satellites, as long as they aren't hitting anything civilian... Always better to shoot anti-satellite missiles around space for a good purpouse, rather than shooting ICBMs at targets on Earth...

In the video then it must have been the case of looking right, although, although I'm no authority at all on aerodynamics, the plane's movement looked right according to real aerodynamic effects of canards- and the canards were also in sync with the tailplanes... Damn good effect! Strange and pity though that you can't make canards look the way they should whilst working the way they should...

I wonder, is the iranian twin-tail more maneuverable (if perhaps probably slower) than the U.S. Single-tail version?

Oh and besides the Battletech realm, in terms of PC games I'd love to see turned into a movie, wouldn't mind seeing the Freespace saga turned into a damn fine movie...
