    well, actually the Caravan was taking vaccine to Native people, since they are getting more contact with ''white man'' and bringing all kind of diseases to that people. we've been doing this since the 1920's. actually they are on patroll border controll since the 70s IIRC. Most army Divisions are composed by Natives, and most of Army codes are based in Native languages.
