      Thanks for the advice as I will be coming down that way next week for a long weekend in Piran followed possibly by a gentle motorbike ride down the coast to Dubrovnik... depending on how I am feeling...

      Both Jets are extremely agile to be honest I would say the Gripen as it's a smaller get and is more designed for Air to Air whereas the Rafale was designed with Air to Ground first and then dogfight second... it would also come down to the pilot as always...
