    The old Lightning looks great IMHO it went like greased Lightning and was one of the very few interceptors of the time that could catch Concorde on its Mach 2 Test runs, also she did hold the fast launching fighter (Western) until the F-15 came along... As to the F-4 Rhino Double Ugly etc when they first arrived for RN Service an Admiral actually asked is it the right way up

    Thats what I am doing this time round it keeps screwing the Maps up... but I will continue and defeat it... and then I will fly the entire war in a Bristol Scout and get 500 victories... Okay I will accomplish one the other I am not so sure about...

    Aaaargh... this is annoying so far have reinstalled OFF 8 times and each time a new failure, I really really need to get flying... patience patience... another reinstall will be on the cards tonight... Damn you Windows 7...

    Lightnings only had one Speed Flaming Fast... Problem was no-one knew how fast it would truly go due to its limited fuel amount.

    Here in lovely warm Vienna where the Temp has not gone above 0c all day I found a wonderful way to cheer and warm myself up...     I will admit I have raided 7 Christmas markets in Vienna today to try out the Gluhwein etc... and was it so worth it... 7 hours of wandering round Vienna... now if anyone wants me I am in the Mess experimenting... :drinks:

    Must admit I own CFS3 but its because I also have OFF which is a WW1 mod of CFS3 and turns it from so so to outstanding... check out the OFF section as what they have done with CFS3 is nothing short of amazing...

    Thats too obvious for an Englander... Its Widowmakers home town possibly Consett in North East England!!! I spent 5 years up there... Looks like the 4 bus which runs through Consett to Shotley Bridge... Nice Idea must say...
