I don't think it was ever made for 1.02 AFAIK. The file structure more is workable with FC, so you may have to get FC in order to use it properly. Or did you manually put it in or just through Modman? And seeing I've been out.. no Kys did that, I believe he's from South Korea. Hi, I was wondering how you figure out fuel weights as for gallons is concerned. I'm finding that the fuel flow of one jet... seems wholly unrealistic and probably (my guess and feel anyways) that is wrong. So how do I go about figuring out from lbs = gallons?

lol I guess it's allright. My main focus at the time was the Super Hornet by KBT, so as far as everything else i'm not too sure. I've considered others, but so far learning how to fly the SH has been my priority so I can get an idea for the one that Marcfighter will finish for WoE.

Bump Just to say, I've gotten FSX, and been flying around quite a bit with the KBT Team F/A-18E/Fs and so far, the capabilities I would say are pretty good. If they came close to what it's supposed to be, then it'd work. Unfortunately the F-14 they have for it... sucks, so one thing I can say, is that the F-14 yes, has more speed, but I can pull alot more tighter turns with the Super Bug.

He means exporter, not extractor. For what it's worth, I'm doing a seperate F/A-18F project for use within Lock ON and you A) have to export it in a non-editable format, i.e. the LOD format. Second, you'd have to remap the whole thing, as if you stick with their textures, you'll have twenty bitmaps. Not good for RAM which is a killer of FPS. While SF/WOE/WOV aren't killer graphics-wise, you have to realize that some of the 2048 x 2048 textures are a bit much too. Soooo A is taken care of, and with remapping, B is, and you don't have any legal issues. And last but not least, make sure you at least give them a heads up, as Mesh Factory probably did those (such as the case with the F/A-18F, and avoid any legal battles you can lose. And as far as the two projects, they're too far into them to go back, I know I wouldn't :)

Yeah, so if it's "NUKE.LOD" then that goes in there. SF1/WOE/WOV automatically looks in the appropriate folder and if there, it's automatically loaded when you start the mission.

More work, getting the numbers correctly placed on it. This bird has more "213"'s on it than the whole entire Navy...

Yeah whoever made the model forgot to make it the appropriate selection. Why SF1/WOE/WOV doesn't show pylons when it's not loaded is anyones (besides TK's of course) guess on that one. For Tomcat shots I have to at least put a 'winder on there so it'll show up, or it'd look pretty odd if the right hand pylon is showing vis a vis the left hand not there. Weird.

Well I PMd Marcfighter, and he responded back. Seems the holdup was the speedbrake issue, which is solved, considering that the MSFS version is the only one that showed it. Sure there's a load of pics on Airliners.net, but hey, you don't see all the brakes deployed at once so after that, the mapping stage..

Well I borked the grey camo so I redid it. Sometimes the Navy gets me as far as the right "color" since grey is used, and can mess you up under certain lighting. And this was the case as far as this one. So I redid and resubmitted it. Apologies if you downloaded it before, simply overwrite with this one.

Ahh well during 02 when they were on the Vinson they had the 100 modex. In any case, I've seen some older pictures and so it had a 100 on the nose, so I figure that since they went to 200 they just kept it while the 200 and 201 were colorful, but not as much as this one.

They should have put it Jaguar style really , then most people would have kittens
