  1. Ironroad-> Mind if I post your F-14 pics over at the F-14 website? PM me if I can :)
  2. Very VERY nice!

  4. Nope! :) The other FBW 'buses also utilize left handed sticks, as does the C-17. I imagine that it would take some getting used to though. In most airplanes (fighters aside) , the pilot/captain/aircraft commander sits on the left side, using his left hand for flight controls, and his right for power controls (throttle, props, mixure).
  5. Very tricky dude! :)
  6. You may want to move the map up front since we can only be in one seat (at least for now)

  10. Best not post that over @ C5's, the forum might go into thermal shutdown! Jeremiah Weed.... dang I still haven't been able to get a bottle of that stuff... and on the participation note I helped fund it
  11. I imagine that it's an MFD that would display other information (engine, stores, BIT, etc).
  12. It's a point and shoot system. Point the ARM of your choice towards the offending radar, and let loose. This same question came up at Third Wire. Here's some additional info from TK: The principle is the same for all of the TW sims.
  13. Very nice! Keep us updated!
  14. I'm not even going to post what should be done to those people. A relatively painless death should be the least of their worries.
  15. I heard this first thing in the morning (bad enough it was at 0300). At least I got to see him back in '99.
  16. $54 Mil under budget?! Ok, so what is it missing?
  17. "Ya'll done f'ed that up reallll good!" At least someone's trying to model! Keep up dude, we need more modelers :)
  18. I found the article I was looking for. Air International March 2008, 'On Target - With German Learjets'. Here is a list of the A/C that they have: Learjet 35A (except as noted) D-CARL D-CGFA D-CGFB D-CGFC D-CGFD <-Learjet 36A D-CGFE <-Learjet 36A D-CGFF D-CGFG D-CGFH D-CGFI D-CGFJ Checksix also has some information on the company: http://www.checksix-online.com/html/gfd.html
  19. Osiraq, ACT II
  20. I'd DL it. I think I've got an article somewhere about those -35's that Storm's talking about... I'll dig...
  21. Great news!
  22. Flight Journal had a sketch of a proposed 'Low Observable' F-14 back in 1999 or so
  23. It first appeared in ATF, then again in FA. :)
  24. I'm sorry! J/K. I wish you two the best of luck!
