I like you wish we could manually slew the radar to the desired target..but maybe down the road.yes the F-104 can only load out Aim-9s and guns,and yes the F-100 has no radar to get in the way.and yes each aircraft has different radar modes..so gotta learn to use them...I have learned alot since we started doing the tutorials,and I hope to be updating them with all the info I have learned along with the weapon envelopes so employing them will be easier.

CFS3 played great..no problems with that part,My problems was the game in general.A HUGE disappointment,glad you liked it...M$ needs more people like you.(and thats not anything bad at you...it's a shot at M$)If they want to be as successful as say IL-2,they need to come out and talk to the desktop stick and rudder jockeys that will be flying their sims.

both are great and I'm waiting for Forgotten Battles!! This will be the best WW2 around....looks great and if it keeps to the IL-2 tradition then it'll be a hit!

yeah,that swhat I figured....when you think of Vietnam the first aircraft that come to mind are- F-4,A-4,F-100,F-105,A-1,and B-52.The F-104 some but mention to anybody Vietnam and ask them about aircraft..the mian one is the F-4(EVERYBODY LOVES Da RHINO!!)and the B-52,oh yeah...the HUEY(we gotta figure out helos) I guess the swing wings would have delayed things futher...

In Vietnam the F-111 made it's debut,so where is it in SF? it was concidered a strike fighter...swing wings,2 man crew(side by side seating),and just a really neat looking ship. just a thought.... :D

CFS3!! I tried to like it and tried to give it a chance..but like 99% of the people in the world I just found I wasted my money on another piece of Junk from M$...and like the rest of the their combat flight"sims"..it should be called combat flight arcade 3. what a waste of time and money.

I have refrained from answering your posts as everyone has the right to their opinions...I have been a member for awhile now and Madjeff has a great site here and I haven't recieved 1 piece of spam mail..other than some from other sites and I expected those.So the problem is some place else not here. I will not turn this into a personal attack,nor will I flame anybody on a board,I will say that you sir are wrong for making accusations at MJ for "spam Goons".I'm sure you signed up at other sites and like me are getting some from them,perhaps they sold their lists again.I have found this to be one of the best,if not the best community I have had the honor of flying with and posting around. I have found alot of forums that if you don't agree with them they blast you,so I say everyone has a right to their opinions,but a post like you just made should have been made in the form of a question and in private. I doubt if you'll get banned,but you're not making friends with your posts...why not talk about the subjects covered here?Strike Fighters is a GREAT sim,and the other sims,and areas of interest are great! Notice we don't trash that sim with screenshots at your site..in fact I have several questions concerning it..so please give this community an honest try and you'll be surprised..they are very knownledgeable,and willing to help.not a flame but most here are very happy to be able to play at HL and thank Jiri for his work,as lamespy is a truly sucky place to play any sim. so before you go and point a finger at MJ please take time to concider that others haven't had any trouble like that.I know it won't happen but I honestly believe you owe him an apology. I know that this type of thing isn't good,and no I don't agree with their ways.but keep in mind we are lucky to live in a land that we can protest,where we can say the President sucks,or when we disagree with the government we can say we don't like it.Those of us who have servered to protect those rights,those who serve now,and those who will serve to protect them appriciate the cost...most of those who protest have no idea what those freedoms cost,and take them for granted. I believe you'll find the people that want to fight the least are those who have to fight...but they don't protest,or complain(atleast where anybody can hear)they just do their job. I for one want to see saddam out but I hate to see it cost any American,British,or any colition servicemens lives.I know this is going to happen but I still wish there was a way to do it without any loss of life.

no it's not Falcon 4,but that is a great sim,this one is set in korea and it's a hoot. Mig Alley.graphics are good and they have patched ,both official and community(company released source code).Sabers,Migs,and yes even a few props..and a dynamic campain.plus now it's it's dirt cheap! Snapple give us an update..1 slip isn't bad.I almost did...but I'm using the patches.I can promise you this...work at it and you'll be surprised at how soon all the things you want to buy will be sitting in your lap! I'm going to the wal-mart in a few and get a couple dvds I been wanting,and I'm almost ready to get me a new hotas..thinking cougar.
