    ok so I decided i just had to have the new DX version without reading all the normal whining and belly aching..so I D/Led it and installed it..along with the new drivers for my Geforce.I have to say so far everything is great!the 9.0b is the upgraded version with teh new security fix.I'm running Win 98se and works great!

    to many he was a link to the world in the middle of conflict and to others he was one of the funniest men on screen and stage,but no matter how he was seen Bob Hope was and always will be an icon.I still have my tickets(unused)to see one of his shows. I wish peace and solitude to his family in their time of loss and to the world..we're all a little emptier today.

    sorry you're right.Dueces has been flying that A-7 alot so I guessed thats the screen shots he posted...guess I need to look at the pics. :D any ways both aircraft are still being worked on and are coming along nicely from what i hear.

    the F-8 is currently being worked on and the aircraft you see in the TC screen shots is actually the A-7...both not available yet,hopefully soon.

    OH I see now..that IS a thermometer on the nose of those things!

    PC most of these really"great"deals are low end MBs with very few pci slots and systems that don't make full use of the fsb or use the ram to it's full potential.take a long hard look at the board and such and go to www.Tomshardware.com to check the items out.take a look at www.pricewatch.com and if you want to build a system do a seach for a barebones system(be sure to type in what processor you want).Good luck

    theres several articals on the radar and employing AtoA weapons as well as some on air to ground delivery.the radar is fairly simple once you get the hang of it...be warned it is not nearly as advanced as todays.look here in the data base and also at simhq..for air to ground practice install the range.

    oh yeah he did say it first :D I have faith after talking to several of the beta testers and with hearing from TK that the patch will fix the majority of the major issues.it should make this a real kick butt sim(it ain't bad now).

    they are working on it very hard.they are fixing the MP part now so patience is a virtue.lots of good things happening with it.

    3 years!! has it been that long..I still about 95% of the first WW1 releases from back then.hey Argon I might even still have those missions from WW1 pack 1,but not sure.

    ok just a fast upgate...finally beat this mission!! WOW what a great mission and the ranger version is just the greatest!everyone get this mission..warning not for the weak of heart!

    I may have a"bad attitude" about this but if they want to leave then,well all i can say is"CYA".ok so we loose a modder or 2..and yes we'll lose some because they want instant gratification.TK and the beta team are working on the patch and I'd rather see it take longer and fix more than listen to everyone cry about what didn't get fixed.yes this sim is fun and i for one will continue to play it.

    even if it doesn't show up in your screen shots folder..MS paint will save it..just open paint and then hit edit and paste.remember to save pic.

    I was courious so checked and my strike fighters folder is now at 1.48 gigs....almost as big as my OFP folder...gotta love add-ons!!

    Thanks to all involved..I had to make a new folder and name it Missions but that was all it took,works great.I tip my hat to yall!
