  1. Then it is a data issue. Get a working red SAM system, make a copy, and re-data it into blue SAM ( not just userlist.ini - separate the whole SAM system into blue), then you will see that blues are quite capable too.
  2. DAT guys do not want to share their files other place than theirs site. So out of respect no one here is going to do that. Simple courtesy. If someone here is uploading mod saying no share any other place than CA and play it only on Wednesday afternoons, then be it. It is not about piracy, more like decency.
  3. Yes ...but there is always a but. Starting from 154170, fuselage speed brakes were totally deleted from production and replaced with blank panels. It is noticeable in those A to E rebuilds that airframes with lower BuNo have original perforated speed brake panels. On your screenshots, '159905' was manufactured as E, thus it would never have perforated speedbrakes. In short, any rebuilt A-6A into E with BuNo higher than 154170 would have blank panels. Last A built is BuNo 157029 (later rebuilt into E). The original A-6E production line started with BuNo 158041. In the 30th Anniversary Desert Storm mod, we made A-6E with decal-perforated-speed-brakes. So those airframes that should have blank panels have blank panels, and those with old-style speedbrakes have a decal imitating a perforated surface. edit: Yes there were a few airframes that were modified during service and are exceptions from the rule. In fact there are 3 types of speed brakes. Original perforated, with covered holes with metal patches, and blank metal panel (no hinge here) Official documentation for the tactical paint scheme indicates only two colors, FS 36375 (light ghost gray) and FS 36320 (dark ghost gray). The third color FS36231 would only be on call-outs, the leading edge of engine intakes, intake panels, and panels where stabilizers were attached to the fuselage tail.
  4. It is possible that we still have hi-res templates for drumsticks. Since we moved to the new A-6 model..(E in making) might be that those hi-res templates were lost...somewhere, but I can check....
  5. Things are getting hairy the moment you have several different high-quality models with hi-res textures...on some crazy big terrain. But still, this new update looks lovely. Worth even flying solo..
  6. Yes...but still all those mods are free...made by players. What makes that 100$ little too much in my opinion. Honestly, I would pay 100 for this, knowing that the game is still being cared for by developers. With current "care" status...I am not sure.
  7. 84? In Nam? Eee? I do not think so Maybe ANG painted them in camo…
    top!
  8. Try to make multiple "radar nodes" and move them via cockpit.ini <- back and forward -> using Type=RADAR_MODE_SELECTOR and then: where "value" is responsible for the radar screen mode...just do not remember sequence now....0 = off, 1 = A2A..7= TV....other I do not remember but I have somewhere notes example: NodeName=MFD_screen01 MovementType=POSITION_Y Set[01].Position=0.00 Set[01].Value=0 Set[02].Position=0.00 Set[02].Value=1 Set[03].Position=0.00 Set[03].Value=2 Set[04].Position=0.00 Set[04].Value=3 Set[05].Position=0.00 Set[05].Value=4 Set[06].Position=0.00 Set[06].Value=5 Set[07].Position=0.00 Set[07].Value=6 Set[08].Position=0.05 Set[08].Value=7 not sure if this will work but I was able to make "zoom" on map in similar way or change from TV to radar or some other MFD panels... I just think radar is restricted via engine to one mode texture
