  7. Hey KB, Thanks for the report and fix. I am uploading v3.5 with the fixes. There will be a patch for the users with last v3.1 version to upgrade to v3.5. Also, the full v3.5 version with the fixes already applied, I did fix the LAU-51, corrected some typo in the LAU-3A and also made another LAU-51A using LAU-3A as the base. My fix is exactly not the same as yours, so you may want to keep what you have, I changed the loadout.ini to a different loadout than what you have. Also the data and loadout to use the correct 2BR... Again, THANKS for, not just letting me know, but sending me the solutions!

  11. Hey KB, I fixed the LAU-51...Also created a newer/nicer one using LAU-3A as the base. Everything works, but I can only get 1 or 3 LAU-51 per pylon...not the 2 as pictured in your post... I can change the loadout to load 1 per pylon, if I select them with the 2br...I end up with 3 per pylon and that doesn't look right... I suspect this is the part I am having an issue with as it is the only part I don't under stand.... Note that the dual pylons are modelled as fake, non-jettisonable fuel tanks in order to facilitate the special dual-pylon loadouts in the loadout file. Normal single pylon loadouts can be selected in-game in the arming menu--just remember to de-select the dual pylons (named in-game as BRU-55/A 2BR (GAF)) or you'll have a graphical anomaly in-mission. any idea? let me know...

  15. I have not had a chance to install the new KAW...too busy bugging Spectre...LOL..yes, I am peculiar about the sounds...I was just letting Spectre know he was not the only person I was bugging about the sounds...HEH HEH HEH... :)
  16. Along this topic, I perform one more step to isolate the KAW install. I rename the Campaigns to Campaigns-KAW and then refer to that in the <ThirdWire_Game_Name>.ini file....this way, I only see the KAW campaigns and no others...If you don't and if you select another campaign from within the KAW install...SF2 will try to find a plane...IE F-15A and find that is it not there. Then it re-pops the Obj\AC folders with ALL the planes it thinks it's missing.... :)

I am partial to quieter cockpits...I know...I been over this with Do335 and his KAW package with hi pitched F86 jet sounds...LOL...I use a trackir and earphone...and sound recordings of external engine whine piped into the cockpit starts to hurt my ears after awhile...Trust me, I found I am alone in this thinking...but I try as hard as I can to balance the sounds in the cockpit...Even in the F-15 Strike Eagle Super Pack, I lost that argument and we went with a balanced approach...HEH HEH HEH...Somewhere between DCS and TW original with no hi pitched engine whine that was hard on the ears. Spudz did a great job on the sounds in that pack. It was the model I used in my A-10 Alt Sound pack, note I didn't call it a fix, but an Alt pack... :)

    Did you follow the instructions to the letter? New install...didn't try to save anything from the last install did you? Like you campaign sav in your pilotdata?
