  6. don't forget to check the main panel (IF you link the ball to it) -mine had Y,Z axes switched, leftover from extruded polyline I used to trace the panel drawing

  10. As much as I like and support Dante's and his Team idea and passion, it's the publisher (aerosoft) who's apparently screwing with them. Sad. I hope they'll make it though. Yes, Malvinas would be great for new terrain engine* except the fact nowe we know nothing in fact about the engine, nice sea and Iceland shore is the distance aside. *Or Israel... or Vietnam, or Central Europe... oh, wait

  17. Got it working! turned out my dashboard mesh to which ball is linked had it's axes not aligned to world... coud've checked that in the first place. Thanks everyone! Ok next question if I may ask -how do you Gurus place the screws on canopy? Some 3D array, spline patch or by hand?

  19. download everything I could (PC versions) in no time, strangely half the items are still listed as "not yet downloaded" in my profile tab with 4 attempts available. Will test tomorrow at work, that modelling soft mostly
  20. speaking about the same format, I was refering to the planes and ground objects -for clarification as for DLC terrains... maybe it's time to change strategy?

  22. Mesh format stays the same, so why not? I guess most would require updates to fully use the new code features, but generally, yes Old terrains patches to bring them to new standard? Don't think so... the new one is completely different as far as height mesh creation and texturing goes maaaybe as DLC?

  24. same here, since the Saturday set(s) of screens... something's in the air, I can almost feel it
  25. IIRC TK stated several times that terrains will be made entirely in 3D Max
