SF2 WW2 PTO F6F-5 Hellcat Skins Pak 9/10/2013
-- Something for the PTO players --
= For SF2, Full-5 Merged (Reccomended/Preferred) =
Some new skins for Geo's F6F Hellcat; in particular for the F6F-5 Mod I did of it.
If you don't already have it, You can find the aircraft at the following URL:
http://combatace.com/files/file/13316-sf2-ww2-pto-f6f-hellcat-pak/
You'll also need to be sure you have the update pak installed as well (that adds a few interesting goodies), available at the following URL:
http://combatace.com/files/file/13541-sf2-ww2-faa-f6f-5-hellcat-skin-and-ini-update-pak/
I've listed these in case there are newcomers, or old timers that haven't "caught up". This is simple and basic CYA.
Again, PLEASE NOTE!!! These skins are for Geo's Hellcat =ONLY=, NOT for the DAT ones.
Skin/Decal sets included in this pack are for...
VF-7 "Lucky 7", USS Hancock
VF-11 "Sundowners", USS Hornet
VF-14 "Iron Angels", USS Wasp
All aircraft carry the correct "G" system markings for the time frame.
Decal randomization is set to TRUE for all. All are in the later "Dark Gloss Navy Blue" overall finish.
They depict late(ish) war schemes (Dark Gloss Navy Blue), in particularly in last quarter of 1944, and to war's end (ie: Battle of the Phillipine Sea, and Invasion of the Phillipines timeframe.)
Each skin uses the historical WW2 squadron patch as the paint chip, seen on the Loadout Screen.
A slightly tweeked data ini is also included, as I changed the pilot's position slightly to remove a clipping issue on the canopy rail. Make SURE you have the update pack listed above installed FIRST before appling this new data ini!!!
As always, fairly easy to follow, yet detailed install instructions are included. So, please read them. Also, give the "Notes" section a read too.
Good Hunting!

Hi!!! I felt tired of the "HUD" information, so I modified the HUDDATA.ini, and I'm sharing it with you guys!
The attached photos speak for themselves. I only left the enemy red box, the red cone that marks it's direction, and the yellow diamond for radar acquisition. If you want, you can modify it to suit your needs. Just unzip, and move it to your mods folder, to the Flight directory. If you don't have one, create it. Doubts? Just PM!!!I hope you like it!!!
Greets,

Japanese Ju-87K-1 Mod for SF1/WO* WW2 PTO and CBI installs 5/21/10
This is not a complete Aircraft!
You need Pasko's Ju 87B and the Virtual cockpit by Kesselbrut.
Geo's Aircraft: For Pilots.
Pilots: Geo's "PilotWW2JpnArmy"
http://www.geos-airc...om/SFPilots.htm
Junkers Ju 87K-1 dive bomber, in use by the Japanese? Called Irene by the Allies.:
Before the Pacific War began Japan had imported an example of the Ju.87A Stuka (As the K-1) for study by the Army. It was placed on display at Tokorosawa Air Base in late 1940. It was thought that the Ju.87A would be used in quantity and the code name "Irene" was assigned to it by the Allies, one of the few names for a German aircraft that was correctly assigned. Needless to say, the Ju.87 was never used operationally by the IJAAF.
Although it was never used, What If?
Have Fun

This MOD for US F-4 Phantom II air victory decals(stars on fuselage)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
best American aces of the Vietnam War had about five victories in air combat.
But in campaign(Wings over Vietnam) on the F-4 Phantom II the player can shoot down more than 30 aircraft ....)
In this case, on board the F-4 Phantom II will be 30 (!) Stars symbolizing the 30 aircraft shot down.
with my little modification, the first star will be
aboard the F-4 Phantom II after just 10 aircraft shot down.
the second star - after 20 downed
third star - after 30 downed
Thus, marks of air victories will seem true )

GBA I/51 France 1940
Breguet BR-693 (13 aircraft)
The Breguet 693 was a light bomber that usually carried 8 50kg bombs.
When they were delivered, the Breguets were popular with their crews, although the unreliable engines in the Br-691 caused headaches. Only in March 1940 were the first combat-worthy Br-693s delivered, and there were now five squadrons to equip: GBA I/51, GBA II/51, GBA I/54, GBA II/54, and GBA II/35, with a theoretical complement of 13 aircraft each.
It showed promise in its role and all Breguet variants (691,693 and 695) flew 500 sorties against the German invasion. 79 Br-693s were lost in action.
It seems most Br-693s went into service without underwing codes. While there are plenty of pictures of this aircraft in Vichy colours, it didn't serve outside metropolitan France and didn't see combat after the Armistice.
Amended DATA and LOADOUT files are included.

Potez Pz-633. Tonkin, French Indochina
During World War II, Thailand took the opportunity of French weaknesses to reclaim previously lost territories in 1904 and 1907, resulting in the French-Thai War between October 1940 and 9 May 1941.
This single Pz-633 flew recon missions in Indochina against the Thais.
Enjoy!
