If you are done with this, unzip this folder into Rafale B In YOUR INSTALL(woe)\Objects\Aircraft
That's it!
Changes from the original one:The nose is darker and the canopy is golden and the skin's a bit sharper.

SBD-3 Dauntless, VS-41 "Operation Torch"
Skin and Ini Pak for SF/SFG/WoV/WoE MTO Installs (06 Level ONLY)
Version 2
This skin represents aircraft from VS-41 "Tophatters" as seen aboard USS RANGER during Operation Torch, the Invasion of North Africa.
This is a complete and utter replacement/revamp of a skin I released 2005; it has been completely redone using my
enhanced template, repainted in the proper Non-Specular blue/gray, and has all new decals of the proper font re-created.
All new Modex/Plane-in-Group numbers for 18 aircraft, 'generic' BuNums and aircraft type name decals have also been
made. I say 'generic', as they ARE SBD-3 BuNums, but could find no information on the aircraft assigned VS-41 during Torch.
A new 'carrier deck' hangar screen, more specific for TORCH, is also included.
Included is a modified data ini, with a 1942 start year, for use in a MTO =ONLY= style install. More info is below in the 'To Install' section.
-= NOTE: You MUST have the WW2 Weapons Pak from CombatAce to get the WW2 weapons and guns and such =-
-== This aircraft has been tested in SF/WoV/WoE 06-patch levels (actually 06 WoE) of the aformentioned sims. It has NOT, however been testing in the SF2 Series. But it if works in 08, it works there, too.. There still are some 'issues' with prop-plane flight models, but there has been a MARKED improvement!! You use it in these Post Patch/SF2 Environments at YOUR own risk ==-
As always, it's reccomended you unzip this package to a temp folder or your desktop, or somewhere's else that's easy to find to gain access to the rest of this readme for full, detailed install instructions. It's also required that you actually READ the enclosed readme....
Good Hunting!

The following are enhancements for Russ's excellent P-47N in Strike Fighters 1 Series found at: Strike Fighters 1 Series > SF/WO*Add-On Aircraft > WW2Aircraft > Allied Aircraft > Allied Fighters > about page 6
The cowl flaps open and close automatically with air speed.
The pilot's canopy is opened with the "H" key.
A landing light has been added.
A new sound file is added.
The performance is closer to the "N" type.
A supercharge has been modeled.
The flight model has been tweaked.
*( The gear speed limit on the ground seems to be about 150 knots.)
I do not know who made the ww2USAAFPilot but I included the file.

Due to the slow delivery of new jet fighters and in order to train new jet pilots, the United States Navy in 1947 obtained the transfer of 49 Lockheed P-80Cs destined to the United States Air Force. Designated originally as TO-1 and changed to TV-1 after 1950, these planes served as land-based trainer aircraft for Navy squadron VF-52 and U.S. Marine Corps squadron VMF-311. With the arrival of the delayed Grumman F9F and McDonnell F2H aircraft, the TV-1s were transferred to reserve squadrons before being phased out of service.
Included here are skins for VF-52 and VMF-311 from 1948. Also included is the Fleet All Weather Training unit at NAS North Island, the missile chase planes at NAS Point Mugu and the Naval Air Reserve at NAS Oakland. Please see the READ ME file for more histoical info, installation and of course credits.

Strike Fighters 2 Wings over Europe Style Hangars version 1.2 by Ryan Crierie (MKSheppard)
Version 1 released 12/23/2009.
Version 1.2 released 12/24/2009.
Updates over my original SF1 series hangars:
1.) The original BMP files which took up 460~ MB have been resampled into 1% compression JPEGs which take up only 156~ MB.
2.) They have been sorted into folders, for easier installation and most should use the naming convention for SF2.
Count is about 300~ hangar files -- some repeat, like for F-8H and F-8H_69.
I have copied some aircraft INIs over and changed the hangar file pointers to more standard formats, e.g.
AIRCRAFTNAME_Hangar.jpg
rather than
Sabrehangar.bmp

McDonnell Douglas Phantom F.7 for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2
This is a simple mod of the stock Third Wire Phantom F-4E_72 to give a 'what if' Phantom F.7 interceptor-fighter with markings for No.5 and No.11 squadrons based at RAF Binbrook in Lincolnshire as they might have appeared during the 1980's and into the 1990's. I've decided to use some new sounds and effects (still Third Wire stock) but if you haven't got SF2:Europe then you will need to revert back to the bog standard 'jet engine' sound and normal F4 afterburner effects.
BACKSTORY
Following on from the success of the FGR.4 and FGR.5 the Phantom F.6 was essentially an interim design that used the FGR.5 airframe and Rolls-Royce Sequanna RB.410 series engines but with a slightly improved radar and avionics. The
definitive F.7 introduced the more powerful Sequanna RB.450 series engines rated at 22,500lbs thrust with reheat and gave the RAF a superb replacement for the Lightning and the earlier Phantom F.1's. Entering service in 1975 the F.7's
equipped eight home-based squadrons, an adversary squadron based at RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus and also equipped two squadrons based at RAF Stanley in the Falkand Islands before finally being retired in 2005
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drop the Phantom_F7 folder into your Aircraft folder.
2. Empty the contents of the Weapons folder into your Weapons folder (this simply gives the Skyflash an earlier in service date).
3. Sprinkle the contents of the Decals folder into your main Decals folder (see below to enable the sharkmouth).
CREDITS
BIG THANKS to TK for the continuous improvement of a great little game/sim.
Special thanks to Mike D (mppd) for his sharkmouth decal (slightly tweaked here).
And thanks to everyone in the wider Third Wire community.
Regards

McDonnell Douglas Phantom F.6 for STRIKE FIGHTERS 2
This is a simple mod of the stock Third Wire Phantom F-4E_72 to give a 'what if' Phantom F.6 interceptor-fighter with markings for No.19 and No.92 squadrons of RAF Germany as they might have appeared during the mid-1970's through to the end of the 1980's.
Designed to give RAF Germany a Lightning F.2A replacement the F.6 had no air-to-ground capability whatsoever and was therefore slightly lighter and had a slightly improved flight performance. The F.6 also introduced the Skyflash missiles planned for the definitive F.7 version and whilst some consideration was given to upgrading the F.6's with the F.7's more powerful Sequanna RB.450 series engines this came to nothing but, nevertheless, the two RAF Germany F.6 squadrons were a vital component of the NATO Central Sector and were only rivalled by the F-15's of the 36th TFW at Bitburg. The F.6's remained in service until 1994.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drop the Phantom_F6 folder into your Aircraft folder.
2. Empty the contents of the Weapons folder into your Weapons folder (this simply gives the Skyflash an earlier 'in service' date).
3. Sprinkle the contents of the Decals folder into your main Decals folder.
