Download section down?

Hi Erik, there seems to be an issue with the downloads section - the thumbnail for each download does not show and when a file is downloaded, it is 0KB, a corrupted file.

Glad we're still here and sorry about the downtime. We've had nothing but problems with our RAID controller that handles all our files. Last night it dropped the mirrored drives and disconnected them as faulty units. We never see two disks fail at the same time under the conditions we had. I've been back and forth with the data center on this and I think we're both at the point we need dig in further or risk losing data. I hate to do it but we may need to take the site offline to fix it. I'll keep you guys posted and we'll get this figured out.

Yes, there were some problems with loading a day ago, but now everything is okay.

The wounded machine is in a new chassis with a new RAID Controller and everything seems to have moved over without issue. This will hopefully curtail issues with disks randomly disappearing and trying to ruin my weekend. Please let me know if you guys see anything that I've overlooked either in performance or functionality. This officially ends our maintenance window for this report. Thank you.
