I don't know. It appears to be a local campground sign and not an "official" type of Govt. notice. Regardless it funny and to the point.

I recall seeing a sign much like this one at a campground across the lake from where I am... I can't remember if it had those exact words, but it wasn't an official sign, it had been put up by some wildlife conservation group or something. It was at Bear Creek Provincial Park.
