Dave Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Ok this contest was tough. I got an expert to judge and a completely non simmer to judge. I didn't judge at all to keep it impartial. Every single entry was great. But only 2 can win. So with out further ado.. Jat wins in the first category for his IAF one. Source info does indicate once they get the F-35 it will be put in standard IAF camo. Skippybing wins with is Royal Navy old school scheme. The rest of you guys did awesome, please upload them to CA for everyone to use if you haven't already. Congratulations to the winners. Thank you one and all who participated. Quote
column5 Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Congrats to the winners! And everyone else too, all of the skins looked excellent. Quote

Spectre_USA Posted October 10, 2008 Posted October 10, 2008 Well submitted, and well chosen! I am, of course, envious. Not so much for the cool Wright-Pat swag, but for the talent displayed. I honestly tried to make something happen, and failed miserably, which makes my appreciation of this great work that much higher. Great job by all who submitted! Quote

Dave Posted October 12, 2008 Author Posted October 12, 2008 Woah Woah, there's a tea cozy at stake, you do realise we've started wars over less! And we enjoyed dumping your tea in the harbor too! Quote
SkippyBing Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 (edited) Did you add the milk before or after dumping the tea in the harbour? P.S. at some point in the 18th century we started a war over someone called Jenkins Ear because we can be quite petty. Also the RN hold the record for winning the shortest war in history (36 minutes) we asked the home team to contribute to the ammo costs. Edited October 12, 2008 by SkippyBing Quote
Dave Posted October 12, 2008 Author Posted October 12, 2008 Did you add the milk before or after dumping the tea in the harbour? After of course. Quote
SkippyBing Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 After of course. So you're not completely beyond help then! Quote

Spectre_USA Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 We may be uncouth, but we're not uncivilized, whot? Quote
Syrinx Posted October 12, 2008 Posted October 12, 2008 Hmm...I have it on record that the tea was poured into the harbour at an angle not conducive to good practice. Also I have it on very good authority that the little finger was not raised whilst the beverage was poured. Indeed, it may have been the middle finger, whot. Haw haw toodle pip. Must dash. Quote
