It's obviously an EO system. Possibly MAWS or some kind of SA IRST.

nice looking bird,I love the russian aircraft,flankers mig29`s etc,they have that something about them...and their engines are just unique sounding..

seems to have a bit of F23,F22 ..mig 29 influences in it,with a bit of an su-27 thrown in.Small stabs...they look odd...

Looks like a Flanker chase a\c too...
