Kansas ANG and the TBirds out of Ellsworth. Going to be 5 versions. The SAC model (with turkey feathers) and Blocks A,C,D,E which represent various upgrades in weapons ability. Just finished the skins. Working on hangar and loading screens and Fubar512 is doing the FM.

A question!?

 

Why is the canopy in that yellowish color? Well if one can call that a canopy on the B1. The windshield?? Anyways. Ive seen that on the F-22 aswell. Is there a purpose to it?

It's gold for radar reflection purposes.

Not necessarily RADAR, but radiation in general, as in sunlight, IR, etc.

 

It is to keep things a bit cooler, and was first seen on the F-16 with it's massive field of view.

 

You can see out, but it lets in a LOT of sunshine!
