After successfully managing to compressor stall my left engine to the point I couldn't start it again - I had to make a 1 engined landing - which made me lose a wheel in the mud.

Was unaware however that Yoda was a USAF mech and would somehow levitate my A-10 in the air repairing all the faults

Tadaaaaaa - just like new - if only he could have found a way to retract the ladder as well - I might have taken off again to stress test the engines once more.

Landing. A lot better this time!

NM. Floated and landed too far down the runway. Started taking screenshots during the roll out and didn't pay attention to where the runway ended...

I was wondering that too. I landed in a mission yesterday and I didnt get credit for it. So I have to taxi to the ramp and do a full stop and shut down? That one I did get credit for I did that but I dont always have time for that.

i think you have to do all that, i deleted my old pilot from all my training mess.

ran 2 missions, got credit for the 2nd landing because I taxi to the parking spot and shutdown.

I also got credit for turning off the runway and shutting down.

last mission under my training profile, i bagged 2 SU-25's that decided to come too close to my base, hit them with the AIM9s as soon as I Gained Altitude, and then I hit a few choppers with MAVs, I think I had 5 A2A Kills in 1 Mission. I ended up deleting the pilot because it had all my training crashes and stuff on it, not to mention the Fraticide (sp?).

My current pilot has 6 ground kills with 3 mavericks :p,

one thing i did notice works well in mission that you have decent support in,

approach convoys and take out the front and back units with a MAV, and let the support choppers finish off the 3 or 4 vehicles in the middle, the AI seemed to like this strategy, as the first mission i did, thats all I did, fire MAVs from 7 KM out, one at the lead, one at the rear truck. Once those two were burning the AH-64s went in and took out the rest. then I noticed some small enemy targets parked close to each other, 1 MAV took out 4 of the 5. the last one was taken out by Support Apaches.

I was going to start over too to get rid of all my training BS but I want to get this guy alot of hours. Some of those deaths I got after I ejected for some reason. I wonder if transferring my logbook has something to do with it.
