The craft was undergoing manned testing when it experienced what the company described as "a serious anomaly". JediMaster 451 Posted November 3, 2014 NTSB has apparently discovered an erroneous command to feather given shortly after ignition, causing severe stress leading to disintegration. Whether it was a pilot mistake or a short or other automated mistake is still not reported. However, that could absolve the new engine of fault and instead bring the other systems into focus.
