+Nyghtfall 2,154 Posted August 25, 2015 (edited) (cough) LOD viewer thanks Wrench the A-4K KAHU and TA-4K are about to get some cockpit mods Your cockpit looks interesting. Nice work! Which TA-4K are you using? I only found one for SF1 that could use a polish. The reason I ask: I play around with some foreign skyhawks these days (Malaysian A-4PTM/TA-4PTM currently, next could be Singaporean A-4S-1). And I always thought about doing a TA-4K some time as supplement for dtmdragons nice kiwi singleseater scooters. The cockpit could be a nice addidition, although the mainproblem I see is the missing details on the planes base models (brakechute fairing, bent refueling probe, squared fintip, some antennas maybe for the TA-4K for example). Seems like the SF1 TA-4K is missing all these. As I currently fight hard with Blender and Max to get a new set of pylons done for the TA-4 (also usable for A-4) with all possible launchrails, some of this fakepilot-add ons are simply beyond my skill (and would require some trial and error to get the needed size and shape -> Singapore) :/ I already tried to get in contact with some people that already did Skyhawk-Addons, but never got a reply. Maybe anyone has any interest in it? Edited August 25, 2015 by Nyghtfall
Piglet_7 106 Posted August 25, 2015 Thanks for the great feedback, as for which TA-4K ? its the 2008 version from Mo_gas.
+Stary 2,427 Posted August 25, 2015 the cockpit looks like series 1 though, but I think the movements could in theory work with series 2 mesh too?

+dtmdragon 2,703 Posted August 27, 2015 (edited) I have made a HUD for the F-111D based on a reference PDF If found if your interested for an update to the F-111 pack:ECM for all the F-111 models needs to be added to as it was a key feature of the F-111 avionics package:[Fuselage].......SystemName[030]=ALQ94/ALQ137SystemName[031]=ALQ94_2/ALQ137_2// Internal ECM --------------------------------------------------------[ALQ94/ALQ137]SystemType=ECM_JAMMERJammerType=DECEPTIVE_JAMMERJammerStrength=35.0MinFreq=2.0MaxFreq=20.0CanJamCW=TRUE[ALQ94_2/ALQ137_2]SystemType=ECM_JAMMERJammerType=NOISE_JAMMERJammerStrength=35.0MinFreq=2.0MaxFreq=20.0CanJamCW=TRUE"The F-111A's "Mark I" avionics suite included as the primary sensor system the General Electric (GE) AN/APQ-113 radar, a multimode system with some air-to-air capability for self-defense, but unsurprisingly focused on the strike mission. It shared the nose radome with a Texas Instruments AN/APQ-110 TFR system, with two little radomes flanking the base of the AN/APG-113 radar dish. The nose radome hinged open to the right for servicing. The primary navigation system was an AN/AJQ-20A inertial navigation system (INS), complemented by a TACAN radio navigation beacon receiver. Defensive countermeasures included: [*]AN/ALE-28 chaff-flare dispensers. [*]AN/APS-109 radar warning receiver (RWR). [*]Sanders AN/ALQ-94 noise / deception jammer; the RWR and jammer were fitted in cylinders flanking the engine exhaust. An external jammer or other "pod" could be carried on a station on the rear belly between the aircraft's ventral fins. Some weapons bay loads also permitted carriage of a pod underneath the weapons bay.""AN/ALQ-94: aircraft combined pulse mode and CW deception and noise jammer with three subsystems covering low (E/F), mid (G/H) and high (I/J) bands with fore and, in some airframes, aft coverage mounted on F/EF-111A/E/F, Replaced by ALQ-137 (ALQ-94 with greater reliability)" Edited August 27, 2015 by dtmdragon
