It should be; Hell, I don't even know which cat file they're hiding in!! Hopefully, somebody will know.

if it's a stock sound, one can always steal it from a 1stGen game (I've done that before!!) Soundlist ini might need editing, but that's not a big deal

If I recall well, in SF2 all engine sounds are locked, I couldn't find them. In SF1 you can extract them with the appropriate tool.
