Geezer. You, Quack, Stephen1918, and so many, many others are why I love this sim most of all. It has the most complete coverage of the Western Front I've ever had in any sim. And the environment, thanks to Jan Tuma and Stary is just beautiful. I owe a deep debt of thanks to all the modders here at CombatAce...

Thanks, Folks. Did two different virus scans in safe mode. No virus or malware detected. Now to try squashing updates...

Tried to download and run this, but the system says it can't run on my pc, like any downloaded exe I try to run now. At other times, I get an error message that says the app isn't a valid %1 32 bit app. Emp_Palpatine: How do you delete updates. Never tried to do it before. I'm even locked out of system restore. The stupid little windows shield emblem seems to be locking everything I want to use. I'm the only administrator on my computer, although, to Winblows, I'm only a local administrator and I seem to have lost my administrator privileges. I can't get in to unlock total Winblows admin privileges, because I can only run command prompt as a local app. Anyway, thanks for the help. Everyone here is great, as always, when another member has a problem. This is the one site I visit every day.

.... but my anti-virus says there's no virus. And, of course, nothing I find as a solution on the net works. I can't even use the applets in Control Panel. I love Windows....

One suggestion I would make, Eric, is to realign your subscription price points. Can you tell I work in retail? I don't have much money right now (new families are expensive, but worth it), and I would like to contribute more than 6.95, but the jump to 39 bucks is too steep, given the fact that I'm a poe working stiff. I want to say about 15.99 for a three month might entice more people to contribute on a regular basis, which is what you seem to need. I think the price breaks are too big for many people. Just an idea, I don't know how hard it would be to initiate. When you come right down to it, CombatAce is the best site around, and the modders here are still producing great things, for a sim that refuses to let its creator kill it.
