Could be that the games with CD and Jewel Case are rare. Depending on the game you are looking for, GOG.com or Steam may have it.

Music by Bill Brown for Rainbow Six: Raven Shield F-14A Tomcat by The Mirage Factory Iceland Terrain by Baltika (http://www.combatace.com) All other content in the video is the property of Thirdwire. (http://www.thirdwire.com) A large number of virtual Soviet Airmen was harmed during the production of this video. I was bored and suddenly tought that a Teaser trailer for SF2: Tomcat would be a sweet thing to behold. Naturally, I had to contend with the fact that there was none. So with my crude Video Making skills - I made one and submits it for your approval. Would be nice to see similar things from you guys.

British defences in Falklands strong despite cutbacks
JonathanRL replied to dsawan's topic in Military and General Aviation
Not to mention Falklands now actually got their own milita, and not just a Marines detachment. It would be pure folly of Argentina to try and attack the Falklands again. And some of the comments on that page is frankly disturbing. I mean, 95% of Ålanders once wanted to be Swedish, but LON gave them to Finland. We did not start a war over it - and that was the twenties... ^^ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%85land_crisis -
I don´t suppose you mean the glitch with the weapons completly lacking recoil? :P

F-86 with sidewinders
JonathanRL replied to dbmsts's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Regarding the Banking, check if you have this issue on other aircraft - and your Joystick center in Options. Regarding special racks, you will need to get a later date Sabre that does carry the racks. Since they are a graphic thing as well, I am quite sure they need to be with the model. Link to two Sabres with Aim-9B Racks: http://combatace.com/files/file/7387-canadair-cl-13b-mk6-sabre-late/ http://combatace.com/files/file/6358-f-86f-40-sabre/ For Korean War install, Id recommend the F-86F -
I must say that few I know takes the UN seriously theese days. Things such as this just enforces it. I mean, their council of Human Rights include Saudi Arabia, China etc...

According to Wikipedia: The Su-9 had primitive R1L (NATO reporting name 'High Fix') radar in the shock cone and was armed with four K-5 (AA-1 'Alkali') beam-riding air-to-air missiles. Like all beam-riders, the K-5 was so limited as to be nearly useless for air-to-air combat. Unlike the Su-7 and later Su-15, no Su-9 carried cannon armament, although two fuselage pylons were reserved for the carriage of drop tanks.[1] PT-8 (Factory No.153 - Izdeliye 27) Intended as the production version of the T-3/PT-7, the PT-8 was ordered in small quantities from Factory No.153 before a new directive from the Council of Ministers specified new performance parameters for the new interceptor. Three aircraft were completed and delivered to OKB-51 by rail where only one flew. It could be that the Guns was on some prototypes (It is not mention what changes was done to the PT-8) - the Su-9 Design was made when Guns was still the preferred weapon - despite its obvious high-attitude interception design. However, why anybody would design a Interceptor that needs to be escorted themselves is beyond me - Beamriders are only effective against large, sluggish bombers.

We got a few more clues to whats going on in TKs mind. Yeah, we do have plans to upgrade the whole merc campaign interface so you have more control over the squadron management - hire/fire pilots, stock weapons instead of buying for each missions, buy different types of fuel (one gives more thrust but easily catch fire vs one with less thrust but safer etc), buy different types of cannon ammo, pay for damage/manitenance, etc etc... some day if we have the time :) And besides, there are so many cool and fun planes we can add in Merc setting, including F-5, Mirage F.1, Saab Draken, Mitsubish F-1, etc etc etc, not to mention many of the local upgrades like AIM-9 armed Hunters, etc, etc Obviously, not all in one Exp pack, but the possiblity is limitless here :) http://bbs.thirdwire.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=7664&p=49115#p49115 -
Exp.3 rumors
JonathanRL replied to paulopanz's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
If would prefer a flyable F-5 Freedom Fighter from Thirdwire above all else - pref with C and E versions also avalible. Otherwise, I like the early Europe idea alot. When it comes to the Buccaneer, I would almost want it to be flyable. For me, the late 60:ies, 70:ies has burned out its welcome in Thirdwire. Its pretty much just the F-4 all the way. Exp 1 broke this string and that is why I love it. I do not have anything against what-if scenarios. I love em and I would be happy to see Parani-Dhimari getting some love. Regardless what it is, I am quite sure it will be good. TW has yet to let me down.
