    possible video card failure. I had a video card that did this before it died. of course, im no expert but try checking video card drivers for updates and settings. good luck.

    hello, having trouble using CAT pack utility. trying to extract SF2 SEA terrain files but, CAT pack keeps telling me not a proper cat file. ive use utility in the past with success. has something changed that i dont know about? thanks in advance. dan
