  1. I would love to see that as well, as I've DL'ed a few but haven't had the time yet to install them.
  2. We'll mirror it here the second it comes out...
  3. Nice! Great job, I'll move it over to the LOMAC files area today as well...
  4. Sounds like a good idea! I'll post on the frontpage as well. What airport should we start from? Let's pick one now before we all get on...
  5. Wow, they actually finished it! I was watching this one for awhile but haven't been on their site in months. I'll have to DL it and see how it looks. Bab5 would be a perfect vehicle for a game, I was really bummed when the StarFury sim got nixed. Hope this one does the B5 franchise some justice! :D
  6. I don't think anyone's twisting your arm to buy it. I keep seeing these posts raking Nic over the coals for the price, and how it should be given away with the game, etc. If you don't like it, don't buy it, it's simple really.
  7. You can find the CDDS browser in the LOMAC Utils/Editors file area here at Biohaz...
  8. 9600Pro here Fates, so that explains it.
  9. My friend, you ain't kidding. ;) I've been playing pretty much nonstop all day yesterday and half the day today and I'm currently at the Stalingrad Apartment clearout mission. Damn hard, it's just a mess, tanks everywhere, germans everywhere, I'm currently stuck on this one. :D Like I stated in another thread, these Stalingrad missions are some of the most intense gaming I've ever had on the PC. That run up the riverbank, the street fighting, I was literally exhausted after playing for an hour or so this morning. I finally had to take a break this afternoon, it was taking so much out of me. ;) I love the boat ride over the river, you could SEE the fear in your fellow soldier's faces. What a nightmare. The car ride in the early missions was a hell of a ride as well!
  10. Weird, I'm not too far past that, been playing pretty much non-stop the past two days. I didn't have a problem at that point, mine was much sooner. In the second American mission when you have to hold the town from the tank assault, the game would freeze on me when I went into the old church to grab the Panzerfausts. I could back into the church and be fine until I turned to look at the crate the damn things were in, then it would lock. I finally got past it by kicking the model detail from high to normal. As a side note, I have to say the Stalingrad missions are the single most intense gaming experience I've ever had on the PC. Riding the boat over the river, getting my clip but no weapon, the run up the bank. It's a miniscule taste of what they faced in real life, and I have to say I don't think I could have done it. Sure puts things in perspective...
  11. Fates, Happy B-Day old man! Of course, that makes me an even older old man... ;)
  12. Hello everyone, my name is MadJeff and I have a... a... a Gamecube. There, I've said it. ;) Now that we have a console in the house, I thought it would be cool to have a forum where you can talk about any good games you've come across, or games we should avoid at all costs. XBox, PS2, Gamecube, whatever, it's all good here.
  13. Mostly DVD's and games here. Got the Indiana Jones Boxed Set, Men In Black Boxed Set, and a couple of games (Call of Duty, Armed & Dangerous 2, BF1942, and some other assorted stuff. Got enough games here to last me till HL2 comes out... ;) I also got a Gamecube for the kids. Yeah, I've gone to the dark side (console...) and I have to admit, the things is kind of cool for a little mindless entertainment. It is nice to throw in a game and it just works with no tweaking. :D
  14. Wages?! Besides the adoration of the masses, fame and lots of beautiful women throwing themselves at your feet?? Oh wait, you don't get that either... ;)
  15. I've been playing CoD today (got it for Christmas) and it's one of the best FPS's I've played in awhile as far as immersion goes. I've never had quite the feel of "being there" that I have with CoD. Some of the street fighting so far makes we want to cower under my desk at times... :D
  16. PG, go ahead and post your questions so we can see them... =) I'm sure someone will be glad to help once we see what help you need...
  17. Just saw the note in the stats, Happy Birthday Lex! :D
  18. Yeah, daily would be a little tough to do. Heck, weekly would be a little tough sometimes I would imagine. :D That said, you guys are doing a GREAT job communicating with the community so far, it is to be commended!
  19. I want to take a quick second to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a safe and happy holiday season. Spend time with friends and family and cherish the time spent, be thankful for what you have, and remember the people that are not as blessed as you. :) It's been a hell of a year around here and I want to thank all of you for being a part of it. Here's to an even more successful 2004! :D
  20. BTW, I take it you didn't pull out of that dive in time at the end of the clip... ;)
  21. Sweet video guys, the little details such as the moving control stick, working guages, and the sense of speed through the clouds was very well done!
  22. Posted on the front page... :)
  23. Mattski posted this great tutorial thread over at the Ubi forums, I'm mirroring it here as it's a great quick tutorial on the basics of skinning.

  25. Yeah I took a look and unfortunately regular BBCode doesn't allow for specific sizes like you can with HTML. I have setup the board to create an thumbnail for any pic over 800x600 for now, but that's only for attached images, there's no control over linked images. I am currently looking at a modification to InvisionBoard that will size linked images...
