I would say about 1967 when F-84F were sent to Vietnam and after the switch-over from the natural aluminum finish was made in 1966 under the Air Force Manual 66-1 standardization process.

The fired AAM looks like the PL-11... derivated from the AIM-7 family (Sparrow, Aspide,...). The other showed static AAM (#11009001) seems to be an inert SD-10.
