Growler, I believe you'll find new FPS love in Bohemia Interactive's games, they can be very, very slow... and they are considered to be more realistic than most FPS out there. Their first outing was the Award-winning Operation Flashpoint (from the beginning of this century), succeeded by ArmA: Armed Assault and most recently due to come out is ArmA 2. Oh and did I mention that they play out in open fields stretching farther than your (ingame) eye can see?

False, because I was born in the summer hence good warm weather puts me in a good mood, as opposed to gray, cold, windy, rainy, crappy weather. Though it does give me cause of concern for the cooling of my rig - I'm lucky that my house is always a few degrees lower temperature than the outside weather, and my PC is in the basement, which is the coolest (temperature-wise) place of the house. I'm an advocate that water and electronics don't mix, so I rely on aircooling (except for diving computers etc which are made to go under water) - and the person below me agrees with me.

Hope she recovers well and fast! Always sucks when s*** happens on the road... A friend of mine recently totalled his car, spun out of control on a rainy day... he hit two others but fortunately nobody got seriously hurt... He hardly remembers any of it... Get well soon, V!
