As far as I have seen, the Tornado was not in service, whether in RAF, Luftwaffe or AMI in 1980 ? It was only operationnal in 1982 ? Is this right ?

Starting in 1979, around 15 Alphajet were operationnal in Germany as part of an evaluation and conversion unit based in Leipheim, tactical training started in May 1980, so it can be assumed that a small number would be available in late 1980. Same for the Tornado But you are right, I will shift to 1982.

Hello What has started as a "campaign customization" can now be interesting for everybody / Based on the 1979 WOE, I made a (relatively) new campaign : "Red Flail" in 1980. Basically, there are more aircraft available on the Nato side : German Tornadoes and Alpha-jets Dutch NF5-A French Mirage IIIC Danish F35 I did not change the WP order of battle due to lack of info, maybe I will add a Su-25 evaluation unit ? Are you interested in me uploading this campaign ? If yes, do you have ideas on how to update the WP order of battle ? Thank you in advance

Nato5 is a very good and fun, enventually I made some modificationsand derived a 1980 campaign to add more planes (Danish J35, alphajet, German Tornados, NF5A, Mirage IIIC) .
