AFAIK the correct fuel quantities are 2209 kg for fuel cell1, and 1289.5 kg each for the other two. Quite a lot, but gone very quickly with two thirsty Avons....... And don't forget to add SystemName[013]=FuselageFuelCell1 to the fuselage systems (if not already done) because otherwise 2209 kg of fuel are not useable. Makes a lot of difference ! Aju, Derk

I guess every thinkable plane and lots of terrains and campaigns and many more wonderfull things will turn up somewhere downn the road, due to the tireless work of all the modders. Fantastic job they did during the past years and they made this sim into something great. But my very first sim, Airwarrior II , had a very nice litlle gadget: one could drive around in a jeep, a truck or even a T34/85 tank. That included the full use of the 85mm gun. Had a LOT of fun with it !! One could think of AA vehicles with guns and missiless too. Since we have moving ground objects....... Aju, Derk

Hello Jan, Fantastic little mod with great impact. Great fun to fly in Germany. thanks a lot !!! I wonder about one thing though: you increased the height differences with 40% which might be somewhat hefty in areas that already contained a lot of hills. Didn't fly in the Alps yet but the Mont Blanc should now be something like 22.000 ft high...... Would it be a simple excercise to go back to an increase of let's say 20 or 25% ? If it's a hell of a job, don't bother ........ Aju, Derk

How about the Super Mystere B2 or Mystere IV A pit ? At least they are French, working in kilometers and meters etc. and they fit very nicely. Downloadable here at CA as far as I know. What you miss are the dual engine instruments but that goes for the Hunter and F 100 too, Aju, Derk

This may sound strange, but as far as I know the "cross" is actually a stylized "fasce" or bundle of wood and actually a leftover from Franco's days and the Civil War in Spain when the planes of the Nationalists were adorned with it. He Aleks, that sure looks good. With a little imagination we''ll be having the original Danish Draken, the recce model, the later variant using the recce nose with a/g avionics and of course the Austrian J35D. In front of me I have my 20+ years old 1:72 Danish Draken. I took a lot of trouble back in the eighties to equip it with the special Danish droptanks, inserting a slice of plastic into a normal tank to get something resembling the big Per Udsen variant. When the Danes retired their Drakens, a batch of those tanks were taken over by the Swedes for use with their remaining J35J's , and nowadays it looks like they copied the desing for the Gripen.... Ergo: use the Gripen tanks (they come with the JAS39) with the Danish Draken ...... (see attachment) Just in need of recouloring but the shap is quite allright, Aju, Derk

Hello AOCbravo, Got the Spanish skins showing on the C-15 by changing the nation in the data.ini to SPAIN and changing in all the decals.ini's (that is in all the 3 skin maps) for every decal the FilenameFormat to C-15/ALA46/D/Ins For me it worked, it's the same way things are handled with the C-12 (F-4C) Good luck, Derk :yes:

I'm very interested in your adjustments, it's quite easy to brake up the Hornet in WOE. Just happened again, pulling hard at the stick at 675kts at low level and again a wing came off... Some moderation may be the solution, Aju, Derk

While putting a C15 (Spanish AF-18A) through its paces in WOE this afternoon in a sort of airshow routine over it's homebase, I obviously (and ridiculously) overstressed it during a high speed corkscrew and with a loud bang the right wing came off...... Never experienced THAT in a Thirdwire sim !!!!! Off course I had to eject and the plane crashed, but there seems to be a solution to this problem..... Look here: Have fun, Derk :yes:
