Well, they were conservatives when the Falklands. Trouble is that every politician messes with the armed forces. They are the only ones wich will shut up instead of whining.

I gotta say that i got really impressed when i discovered you cockpit a few months ago. I´ve been using it with my F1s and i would say that it´s one of the best you can get by a 3d party, lone modder, IMHO. I´ve been working on packs of spanish aircraft, and i was about to ask you permission to release our Mirage F1s with your cockpit when i got a word from "heaven" that MF was just about its own pack. About the work on the terrain, all i can say is keep it up, if it comes out as good as the cockpit, it will de a classic

Well, there is nothing wrong withh sharing some responsabilities with the french. In example, we are working with the Portuguese in an air defence network and it´s working great. Even US and Canada play that game together, see NORAD. However, disbanding you air arm while the status of the Type 45 is unclear, and the BS about disbanding the RAF...Like i have said many times in recent topics, i don´t think the economics in the UK are much worse than here in Spain, and while we got some restraints, we are not abandoning capabilities,c´mon, we even have another operational carrier. The UK economy doen´t have to look after as many unemployed people as here is done, and the public healthcare is not as expensive. I really think this is a mad overkill, if you ask me.

All the cuts in the British Armed Forces undertaken lately are, IMHO, a really big mistake. It should be debated wich kind of armed forces the UK is about to have, and the foreign and military policies wich are to be followed in the near future, considering what this is going to mean

I got MCFS2, and i´m done with that. The reason why SF2 wasn´t used may have been because of the flaws with propeller driven aircraft. I will be more than happy when we get Korea and i won´t fly anything earlier.

It could be. While repositioning between arty shots is usually unfit or unppractical for most situations, if qhat you are going to hit is an island and at a very random or undiscriminated way, just a terror attack (by the book), it could be done this way

Esos aparatos son muy pero que muy efectivos. A los EF2000 les vienen dando una ventaja enorme, incluso en los combate aéreos con otros cazas. Se considero que, una vez se sabia que se tenia un contacto radar, lo que más dificultaba el adquirir y alcanzar el blanco no seria una firma radar reducida, sino el uso de señuelos remolcados. Es por eso que en el caso del Tifón, se empleo este sistema integrado desde una fase antigua del diseño, y no en pods.

We are willing to buy those F-35Bs, but it has not come to an agreement yet. It depends on how expensive will they get. On the other hand, either we or the Italians have been beaten by the crysis, and we didn´t give up our air arm. What the heck, we even got a new LHD for our Harriers. But this issue is not that recent. Both our Navy and the Italian one have been detaching AV-8B+ units to fly CAPs from the british carriers for a few years since the SeaHarrier FA2s were withdrawn, and that was before the crysis. I wondered why wouldn´t they just lease a few from the USMC or something like that. And the Type 45 AAW destroyers? the program was, AFAIK, delayed. Basically, the RN is having a really bad time, and it is not because of enemy sinking their ships, but because of domestic politics.

We don´t win allways. And i have a beat about this one. BTW, if they come here is because they could colonize (as they are supposed to have a simmilar life requirements to us, wich i´m not sure is true), because kicking human asses is funnier after a long interstellar trip than mining alone, and because there wouldn´t be any film if they didn´t.
