  2. Yep, it was just a mess. There was a video about it, they seemed to be really sorry about it. It was funny, however. @ xclusiv8, given the price of those Javelins, (80.000 $) that got to HURT. If you ask me, MILAN for the win on that environment. On the other hand, those UK weapon coys are way cooool with all their stuff in the land rovers. By the way, did anybody see that the GPMG (FN MAG) had a sight mounted leftwards? i don´t stand it, like in the sniper variants of the Garand or the Enfield, but i guess that makes sense to something
  3. Seems squids somehow ran out of vaseline http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxwbxXyPthw Yet another one. They seem not to be RM as the title said, but Royal Engineers. However, it is in the "DO NOT" manual of the RM
  5. Sorry to hear man. Keep it up.
  6. what, do you throw the explosives?
  7. How the F**K are they gonna get the shuttle to fit in the Intrepid? She´s already loaded up
  9. GET BACK TO THE KITCHEN!!!!!!! Sorry, couldn´t refrain
  10. Newer than the LEO2A6? there is nothing better, really. The worst part is the estructural loss of capabilities. When you disband all the types of units in your armed forces, you need to start from 0 if you want to recover it. Training, estructure, Etc. Tanks for the Dutch Army, Aircraft Carriers for the British Navy, etc. Those cuts in capabilities are a serious bite in the power of those armed forces. It is not as troublesome to get rid of many units of whatever, as getting rid of the last of this type. It has taken a serious investment to establish those, and it will take much more money to reestablish it eventually.
  11. Happy Birthday!!!
  12. What if it´s cold enough to ice at low altitudes? What if the cannards get icy at high altitude, but it doesn´t melt when going down? What about wearing up? I think it would be worth the cash
  13. Have a funny April 1st!
  14. Well, look at Bob Munden...he silences a revolver shot...with another revolver shot...talk about charlie sheen or chuck norris
  15. There is one, in the Dev´s A-Team site. Registration required
  16. Well, there is a map wich, with little editing, could serve. I had a install wich allowed to represent greco-turkish conflict since the 60 to the present day. I lost it , however. But indeed, it could be done

    Which One?

Damn, i was thinking of using the Javelin to break into my mom-in-laws. Kind of a knock-knock joke PS: If you read that with your crystal ball, mom-in-law, a Javelin is just something wich does the dishes, makes a lot of money, drives fast yet safe and won´t tocuh your daughter until honeymoon.

    Which One?

80.000? i would get a Javelin ATGM for that. AFAIK, an HK G36, in example, costs 720 with the sights included... that is, if you are ordering 100.000 rifles for an army.
  19. I wouldn´t have believed that, thru the years, i would end up defending the French, but, provided all the s**t they use to get, like saying that the flag of France is full white "Since 1940", the Froggies, while everyone was still playing to "look busy at Gaddafi", stroke first. And now that everyone is in, with all the mess, they get the first A-A kill. And if you say that there is no glory on that, well, then AMRAAMs would have pulled the glory out of AA combat since its very first kill. The glory about it is get around looking for trouble.
  20. Yes, but only because i was taking a...look at the boobies thread The person below me just found out to be a redneck
  21. Complétement d´accord Nix. C'est ce que je voulait dire
  22. Puff, sorry, when i heard that it was just 25 people wounded in the attack. Shame
  23. At least no one was killed in the Jerusalem Bus Station. Hope everything goes fine.
  24. Since the GBUs allowed accurate delivery of 2000 pounders. JDAM/Paveway Propelled Tanks (J/P.P.T.)
  25. Gripens. They should get as many as possible. Maybe in batches depending on how much can they spend. But converting from MiGs to Phantoms , while was a good idea for Egypt back in the 70s/80s, would imply changing from a kind of technology to another, and then, have a obsolete technology wich shouldn´t close a much wide gap. It depends on how much you (Germany, i mean) would ask for them, but still the cost in converting and mantaining just to delay another adquisition wouldn´t be worthy. It is the same i said when i heard Argentina was to buy our Mirage F1 a couple of years ago. Just not a good philosophy.
