  1. try an other paint program. I use Paint Shop Pro and i have no problems. The size of the bmp file in 1024x768 pixel resolution must be 2.305 KB. If not, something is wrong.
  2. ECM pods you must switch on and off again and again to avoid HOJ. And when you switch off the pod, then release chaff.
  3. There is something wrong with the airfield.ini file. Or it is missing. So all planes take off from the same place.
  4. Gepard

    MI-24P Beta

Habe ich jetzt was verpaßt? Kann das "Krokodil" nirgends finden.
  5. eye by eye, tooth by tooth, hand by hand kick them hard. And stay safe.
  6. The two pictures i found in the depth of my HD. Cant remember from were i got it. But the one with the stored Mirage and the Phantom i have seen in a book long time ago (before the change in 1989). But dont ask me which book it was. In the other forum the guys said, that the picture was taken in Shukovski, not in Monino. And one other said, that it could be, that the two planes are only wooden mockups. Maybe that it was posted to give the west something to worry. Dont know. Maybe, that the planes were rebuilt from shot down wrecks. That western technic was in eastern hand i have eyewitness. During my military time i had an "enemy weapon training" were i had the chance to shoot with M-16, G-3 and FAMAS. I have seen M-60 and Leopard 1 tanks which were used for shooting tests to find weak spots. Defection of pilots from east germany to west (Danmark) happend 1 time (a Yak-18) and from west to east germany also 1 times (a small prop plane somewhere in the 70th i think).
  7. It was an old black and white picture of a big plane (Tu-144? i have forgotten unfortunatly) and on the outer left side were two completly weatherproof coverd planes with the shapes of the Mirage and the Phantom. I know, that i have this picture somewhere. If i only could remember which was the big plane!!!! EDIT: Cant find the picture at the moment, but i have asked for it in an other forum. Perhaps i will get it from there. Edit 2 Sometimes the result comes fast. Not the best quality, i know, but better than nothing.
  8. F-4 and Mirage III are stored at Monino Air Museum. Will try to find the picture.
  9. Here the link: http://www.column5.us/aircraft.shtml
  13. http://combatace.com...ran-for-woiwoe/ try this one. For a F-7M you need a little bit more than only additionaly pylons under the wings. The F-7M had a different cockpit, the pitote tube is not under the nose, but on the nose. It has a different brake chute container etc.pp. It is not as easy to make a MiG-21F-13 to a F-7M.
  14. I have made this terrain a long time ago. And then there was a campaign mod which based on my terrain. If i remember correctly the campaign mod used a modified types.ini file to simulate the targetselection at different times by the Luftwaffe selected during the Battle of Britain. If you change the entries in the types.ini you will change of the behavior of the Luftwaffe during BoB campaign.
  15. It depends which Spifire you use. If you use the Spit from TK's WOI Operation Kadesh, then you can use skins for SF2Israel in the download section. The grey israeli Spitfire you can find there.
  16. The british landed troops in Murmansk and Arkhangelsk to fight the Red Army. It was an invasion. The support of polish troops by british military advisers during the polish soviet war in 1920 (or was it 21?) there i will agree with you that this was no invasion, but the fighting troops at the northern front of the Red Army was a clear invasion.
  17. two times First the Crimean War as already emtioned and The russian civil war when british troops intervened on the white side.
  18. Its a strange system, but it seems to be work better than others.
  19. Could someone of the modelmakers create a YF-17? It was a very nice bird.
  21. The reactor is not only radioactive, it high radioactive. The problem is, what could happen if parts of the reactor would come into the false hands? Imagine if someone would make some 100 kg of radioactive steel into a powder and would spray it over a city like NY or LA. It would be a disaster. Of course it is sad for the ol Enterprise. But perhaps it will be a new one. After a while.
  22. No, there is a british system, if i remember correctly. Its shoulder launched. It departed into 3 intependend "darts" after launch. But i have forgotten the name. Perhaps Javelin or so.
  23. I think that you has overstreched (over-g-ed, does this word exist?) the plane and ruptured the fuel tanks.
  24. Okay, its a sad situation for the people in the are which the storm hit. And i feel with them. But be honest, how many problems are man made? I dont speak about climate change or such rubbish. I speak about houses made by thin wood. I speak about electricity lines (power lines) on wodden poles. I speak about trailer parks for mobile homes and and and. Nothing of it can withstand a major storm. The american infrastructure is outdated in wide fields. Its vulnerable for storm. Bring the powerlines 3 feets under the soil, build houses made by heavy stones (bricks) and build them weather proof. And a storm will hit your contry less hard.
